the food here is AMAZING. Great prices, delicious food and fast service. However, if you are someone who cares about good costumer service, I cannot recommend this place. Staff here do not care about you and want your money only! If you do not tip expect DIRTY looks and even confrontation sometimes. Honestly if the food wasn't as good as it is, I would have never returned.

Food is pretty good, definitely better than most Pho places. However the price isnt the best, and consitency of the quality isnt the best either.
One thing that is consistent is the terrible service. For some reason none of the servers write anything down, which is fine, but the issue with that is that they are all forgetfull. Youll get the wrong order occasionally, and if you order anything extra or modify anything, they will forget, and that is guaranteed.
Everytime we go there its a hassle to get everything we ordered on the table.

Recently visited Pho99. The food was okay - nothing particularly special, but decent overall. The service, however, could use some improvement. Staff seemed a bit inattentive, and the experience felt a little rushed. Not bad, but probably wouldn’t return.

Food is okay and generous portions however, the staff is incredibly rude and basically yelled at me when I asked them to clarify my total. There are better Vietnamese restaurants nearby that are authentic, priced fairly, and have friendly service! I will stick with Pho Net Viet, Phở Phú Thịnh, or Unphogettable next time.

There are a lot of better pho places around Coquitlam. I don’t understand why they don’t cut their chicken on takeout. Chicken also appeared undercooked. Don’t think I’ll be back

Bun Bo Hue is basically a regular pho with udon noodle and same broth with some sate in it. Broth tasted weird and toppings tasted worse.
Dry vermicelli noodle with fish sauce was off too.
Below average for Vietnamese restaurant. We thought it's the same 99 elsewhere but I guess not.

Horseshit service and rude waiters. Scold you for not doing their job for them. Would not recommend, if you're looking for a good pho place, any other restaurant is better.
Love love love. It's a bit crowded BUT we've been going for many years and it's alway consistant. Never let down. We've traveled from far, because we know what to expect and worth the traveling. It's hard to find another PHO that taste's the same. Always come back to this one!!

Terrible take out experience Container is so small No place to put other stuff especially when I ask for big container and told it was a big one I have to put soup in the noodle container. It is gross

I ate egg noodles and tofu dish / salad. I was happy with it and would eat it again. Some other Vietnamese restaurants don't offer this dish.

I’ve eaten a lot of hot and seafood seafood pho at different restaurants around Vancouver, and this is probably the worst one. The noodles were undercooked and clumped together. The shrimp was not fresh and I actually ended up spitting it out. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Awful!! Years ago it wasn't so bad. The service is horrible! They are extremely RUDE! The texture of the pork chops were like old leather the meat wasn't fresh. My mum's meat was undercooked. Not worth it. This place is absolutely disgusting! they wipe their tables with dirty rags Not coming back EVER! The lack of respect towards the clients is dross. They never came to check if we needed anything. When I went to pay, the woman gave such an attitude. They didn't deserve my tip and I am glad I didn't tip them. Then I noticed she said something to two coworkers and they gave me a weird look. They don't have any courtesy whatsoever!!
