Got our order wrong and didn't even apologize or compensate their mistakes.

Not terrible but not my fave either. The soup was sorta bland but also really cloudy almost had an off taste to it. Compared to other places it seemed pretty expensive for the size and what you got. Service was really quick though at least

The service was good, kind and genuine man working. However, there was a very limited menu which is understandable but when it’s a smaller menu you expect quality items. I got the beef vermicelli bowl and added a prawn skewer on the side. As pictured the prawns came burnt and were extremely small. The beef tasted sour and the dish was all kinds of different temperatures. I typically go to Noodle Island in Fleetwood at least 3 times a week. I am familiar with the dish as I get it all the time and they do a great job so I was both shocked and disappointed to have received such a sad bowl.

I’ve been going to this pho place every chance I get because it’s amazing so when the owner told me I had to try their Vietnamese coffee, I didn’t hesitate for a second. And here I am, enjoying one of the best coffees I’ve ever had.
Honestly, if you want to support a lovely family and eat the BEST I mean, THE BEST pho ever, you need to visit this place in Coquitlam.

Absolutely horrible customer service and extremely rude waitress with the attitude of an aggressive dog ready to bite. When we arrived, she was arguing with guests at another table. We asked several times for our usual order, which we've been ordering for years in Vietnamese restaurants. She was constantly interrupting and eventually asked us to leave. We have never been treated so rudely. The belief that the customer is always right and deserves good service is completely gone. Never try this crappy place, or your day and your appetite will be ruined at the same time.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this restaurant was truly disappointing. We encountered an extremely rude waitress who made the entire visit unpleasant. When we asked a few simple questions about the menu, she became visibly annoyed, constantly interrupted us, and showed no patience at all.
We politely asked her to let us finish speaking and warned that if her attitude continued, we would leave. Shockingly, without hesitation, she responded, “Then leave!” — and that’s exactly what we did.
Customer service is just as important as the food, and sadly, this place failed miserably in that regard. We won’t be coming back.

My wife got horrendous food poisoning from their spicy beef pho. Do not recommend this restaurant.

This is our favorite place for Pho in Coquitlam. The secret is in the delicious broth.

So let me start off that I’m a huge Pho connoisseur! This pho place beats any pho I’ve ever been to. The broth is full with flavour, soup comes put piping hot and the meet always comes out rare. 10/10! The fried rolls are also unbeatable. It should have a higher rating the 4.1, idk what that’s all about. 100% give this spot a try.

Got a pho with rare steak, tripe and tendon, and a side of shrimp rolls.
There was barely any tripe or tendon, and the shrimp rolls were so tiny...
Definitely not worth the price.
I could get that amount for $3 at a downtown restaurant.
And the fact that I only found 2-3 tripe strips and one tendon piece... 🥲
Other than that, service was excellent and the atmosphere is cozy.
But I sadly wouldn't return if they don't up the food quality.
