Good food. Probably one of the better Vietnamese spots that serve banh mi. Their pho is pretty good. Beef ginger pho is like comfort food and a go-to for me. Staff are usually responsive. At times they’ll forget to give us napkins or chopsticks were not on the table. Can get pretty busy in the evenings, and if you sit in the back near the register, it can be a bit cold and drafty. But still worth going as they provide consistently good food.

Looks f expensive…and chop sticks are not sanitized.. too sticky and dishes are not that clean .. as regular standard… service also same not that cares… noisy and crowded.. salad sours are not recommended..

Like the other reviews state, the broth is lacking depth in flavour and is too oily for my preference. The staff got our order wrong (they forgot to bring out some items we ordered) so we ordered them to go instead and they got that order wrong as well :( we were nice about it and they were nice about it. I might go back to try the rice plates, but wouldn’t order any soup dishes here again.

I used to visit this place often, because their food its good, but I won't be coming back due to their rudeness, the staff was not friendly and looked unhappy. (next time bring a notebook to take a order).

Hardly any steak/ other meat at all just shavings that just disintegrate before you can even find them with your chopsticks. Don't waste your money this place is not it.
Pho was extremely salty. Salad roll was less than ok and arrived after I was finished my pho. Waitress couldn't even care less. I left a tip but really should not have. Washroom was dirty with no available way to dry hands. Why did I bother going there? Price is ok but not really.

They serve cold food. The waitress puts the plate down on the table and does not look the customers in the eyes, not to mention the smile. Bad customer service, food is not fresh, some chains put empty containers and boxes in the corner, horrible.

Came here a few times when it first opened in 2020/21. It was pretty amazing back then - portions were huge, food was tasty, presentation was fine, price was fine, etc.
Returned a few days ago. Not sure what happened after these few years. Got the house special pho and an order of salad roll.
The pho was just sad - portion size was still OK. However the soup base was so diluted and had no richness at all. It’s just all… diluted salty MSG water. Didn’t even provide us bean sprouts as sides. Only a sliver of lime and a branch of mint leaves.
The salad roll itself was fair. The sauce that came with it… probably the worst dipping sauce I’ve had for quite a while. Again no richness or nuance in the flavour at all, it just tastes savoury and that’s it.
Cleanliness was questionable too. When we were seated, the waitress did a horrible job wiping down the table leaving some stains and a stench of fish sauce for quite a while.
Absolutely not returning. Pho isn’t really that difficult to screw up, but they totally butchered it. Prob the worst Vietnamese food I’ve had for quite some time.

I ordered a combo D today, which included spring rolls and a Viet sub.
Unfortunately, the spring rolls had an unpleasant smell that made them unappetizing, and the Viet sub didn’t live up to the quality I remembered from before. It was bland and a bit soggy.. I couldn’t finish half of the meal, so I decided to leave.
As I got up to go, the server approached me after noticing I hadn’t left a tip. She asked, “Did you not like any of our services today?” in a tone that felt sharp and confrontational. It caught me off guard, especially since she hadn’t checked in at all during my meal to see if everything was okay.
Not wanting to create a scene, I kept my response brief and avoided giving detailed feedback. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the server shot me a side-eye glance and walked away without another word. Her attitude felt unnecessary and left me questioning whether that level of confrontation was appropriate.
