Low quality tea, pho broth is bland, they also use frozen beef slices which is a big NO for Pho. One positive thing is the portion which is huge.

Ordered lemongrass chicken soup had to wait 20 minutes people that were coming were getting their orders before us, not to mention the lemongrass chicken was raw šššš I will never go back only recommend Un pho get a bowl in Port Coquitlam

Worst Restaurant Experience Ever!!!
Wow, wow, wow!!!
No smiles, unfriendly expressions, staff with food in their mouths, flying flies, dirty and wet plates, not a single interaction with the staff while eating, and the most shocking thing: the server eating food in front of customers in the middle of the dining area with their fingers. I didnāt even stay an hour, but the staff kept going back and forth to the bathroom. When serving pho, everyone was putting their thumbs in the bowls. The food was worse than before. After reading detailed reviews about poor service, Iām leaving my first review. Itās even more shocking to find out that the young woman who owns the place is linked to bad reviews, and I had the same experience yesterday. In conclusion, I no longer want to spend my money, time, and health here. Pho was okay, but I left the frozen spring rolls and chicken wingsāfoods that are impossible to leave behindā¦ I clearly didnāt leave a tip. And then, right after, they started cursing behind my back!!!- NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!!!

I donāt usually write reviews, but I felt I needed to for this place. It used to be my go-to spot whenever I had extra time after running errands around Burquitlam. It wasnāt perfect, but it was a decent and reliable place I often enjoyed. Unfortunately, something seems to have changed recently, and the restaurant has gone downhill quite a bit.
The food quality has dropped noticeably, and it seems like most of the staff have been replaced. I always used to come alone and never felt uncomfortable, but now the new staff donāt even greet customers and make solo diners feel unwelcome. Even getting a menu takes much longer than it used to.
Iāve ordered from here at least fifty times over the years, and the flavor I used to enjoy is completely gone. Even the soup tastes different and less appetizing now. Regulars like me will immediately notice the change.
The place was never spotless, but the food used to make up for it. Now that both the food and service have declined, I donāt see much reason to return. Still, out of respect for what this restaurant once was, I couldnāt bring myself to give just one star. I sincerely hope they can improve and return to their original quality.

My partner and I have been enjoying this restaurant for the last two years. They have the best beef satay! Unfortunately this evening we had very poor service regarding the soup I ordered. My broth was not hot enough to cook the meat resulting in not being able to eat it. My partners soup had no issues but mine was cold. They refused to make a new one or take it off the bill. The lack of customer support will have us take our business elsewhere moving forward.

My friend recommended this pho place. Itās in a strip mall just opposite Burquitlam Station, where they had the old C-Lovers. Parking was a bit challenging since we came at dinner time. No problem with seating. We were a large group and a table was available. Once we gave our orders, food came quickly. The pho was very good - real beef broth; noodles & meats for the House Special tasted really great with fresh garnishes. Spring rolls were good too. Place waa clean and servers were really nice. Iād come back here any day for a quick meal.

The first time I ate in this restaurant it was perfect, they served the food very well and food was perfectly cooked and served with perfect temperature, thatās why I always choose this restaurant every time I wanted to eat vietnamese cuisine. Most probably, I can recognized some of their crews as we were always there. But then, as time went by, I noticed crews being changed as well as their service and the food textures. Utensils that were not properly cleaned, their glass that was too greasy, food that are not properly cooked and served it warm like the food was been sitting for a long time in the kitchen before they serve it. Crews were not approachable!

Came here for dinner with my friend (sheās indian). The cashier racially profiled her asking if she was here for pick up when she was clearly a customer. This was not the first time too. Last time we came here the waitress asked if my friend even knew what fish sauce was, which makes it even more disappointing because we gave them many chances after that.
