Walk in specials for Indian curries and rice for 8.99. unbelievable. Keep your service top notch and the ladies smiling at the front puts the icing in the cake! We ordered a 8 large pizzas today. Girl over the phone was so good, she gives us the Kelly special deal and 3 large pizzas promotion. Great job also they prepare the full order in just 15 minutes so amazing. All my guests were so surprised. Thank you pizza factory for making our evening so delicious.

Never try this location.Awful experience, ordered a promotion 3 pizza with a 2L drink. Sent the pizza without the drink. Called them and told us will send us a drink. Nothing happened for an hour. Called them back and they said our manager said we can't send the drink you can come and pick it up. They ruined our party.
The staff at this branch are extremely irresponsible, and it caused us to have a very bad experience. I had guests, and my order was not delivered completely. When we informed them that we were still waiting for the rest of the order, they very rudely said, ‘We don’t have a driver, you can come tomorrow and pick it up in person.’ Their irresponsibility put me in a very uncomfortable situation in front of my guests, and their behavior was extremely unprofessional.

Never recommend this branch of Pizza Factory in Clark Rd due to lack of customers services as we had some guests and ordered some large pizza with drink, but they forgot to deliver orders completely to driver and didn't care after calling. Poor customer service, So disgusting....

This place used to be great, but now it’s awful. I witnessed staff answering the phone and then touching pizza toppings with the same hands, even after fixing their clothes – no hygiene at all. They don’t even wear gloves or hairnets, and unfortunately I even found hair in my food. Staff are rude, disrespectful, and clearly don’t care about customers. The food quality has dropped a lot too. Never coming back.
