Submitted an order via the website and estimated delivery time was 5:15-5:25 according to the tracker.
After 5:35 it hadn't updated so I tried to call the store to see the status. They did not pick up. Customer service stated the order was listed as a timed delivery for 6:45 and the only way to rectify this was by calling the store.
It took us 9 tries and 40 minutes to get through. I'm not sure if the timed delivery was an error on my part or the system end, however the complete lack of customer service at the store and 0 indication of the timed delivery on the website made the issue impossible to resolve.

I went in to pick up pizzas to go at the Sunwood Square restaurant in Coquitlam and noticed one of my pizzas (a pizza of the day for $10.99) was charge at regular price and I did not notice until I got home. After speaking with Mahmoud Ali on the phone he apologized for overlooking the Pizza of the day price and credited me for the difference, making me happy with my overall experience. I recommend visiting this store for any pizza needs.

I received excellent customer service from Raghad. She was very friendly and helpful with my order. The atmosphere was very clean and tidy and very welcoming. Best Pizza Hut in Coquitlam ❤️
