Pizza is usually good (had only 1 overcooked thin crust out of 10 orders), but online orders are becoming a hassle. Recent few time when picking up an order, the staff struggled to locate it by name. I had to go through several receipts before they finally found mine. They do eventually sort it out, but it’s frustrating and makes the pickup process much longer than it should be.

NEVER LEAVE THIS PLACE BEFORE CHECKING YOUR FOOD BECAUSE APPARENTLY “The staff sometimes forget to check the food before packing it” according to the shift manager. But don’t worry! You can call the next day to talk to the manager to get more credit after you had to stay on hold and get passed to customer service 4 times and only get through to the restaurant because customer service “called them directly”, after which they pretend not to hear you in hopes that you drop the call!
This is with 5 people working…apparently none of them are able to hear or pick up the phone :)
Issues with the pizza: Intact box, but squished on 2 slides as if something fell on it. Then the pizza dough is half cooked because it’s literally dough in the middle. Not steam making it doughy. It’s half-cooked DOUGH.
I’ve have issues too many times and either stayed silent or called them to resolve it but this time the attitude, excuse and the way they handled it was bad.

Visited here for a quick grab of lunch (pizza + chicken) and its by far the best Pizza Hut outlet visit to date. Chicken wings were crispy outside while very well tender inside and pizza was great too. Quick service and very friendly service. Keep up the great work! Thanks!

Pretty disappointed when I order a specialty pizza (Nashville hot pizza) that person tells me they don’t have pickles for it AFTER pickup then also proceeds to tell me they do not have the dips I ordered as well as forgetting to put the one they DID have. On top of that they didn’t even make the pizza correctly. At least the manager gave my money back for the dips I paid for and did not receive. This was not the first time either. All it takes is a call to let the customer know you do not have the necessary ingredients. Pretty disappointed by the lazy and lousy service.

I ordered from this Pizza Hut location based on my sister’s recommendation—Parisa, who had given them a 5-star review—but I truly regret it. The Super Supreme Lover’s pizza I received was nothing like what I expected. It was almost empty—just some cheese and a small amount of sausage, with barely any real toppings. The taste was disappointing, and not only was I completely unsatisfied, but I also felt sick afterward. Since last night, I’ve been dealing with severe stomach pain. Overall, it was a very negative and disappointing experience.

Went to get some personal pizzas for pickup.... They didn't have any and told me to go to another store.... Guess I know to avoid them forever for now no wonder all the reviews are so bad
