Pretty disappointed when I order a specialty pizza (Nashville hot pizza) that person tells me they don’t have pickles for it AFTER pickup then also proceeds to tell me they do not have the dips I ordered as well as forgetting to put the one they DID have. On top of that they didn’t even make the pizza correctly. At least the manager gave my money back for the dips I paid for and did not receive. This was not the first time either. All it takes is a call to let the customer know you do not have the necessary ingredients. Pretty disappointed by the lazy and lousy service.

I ordered from this Pizza Hut location based on my sister’s recommendation—Parisa, who had given them a 5-star review—but I truly regret it. The Super Supreme Lover’s pizza I received was nothing like what I expected. It was almost empty—just some cheese and a small amount of sausage, with barely any real toppings. The taste was disappointing, and not only was I completely unsatisfied, but I also felt sick afterward. Since last night, I’ve been dealing with severe stomach pain. Overall, it was a very negative and disappointing experience.

Submitted an order via the website and estimated delivery time was 5:15-5:25 according to the tracker.
After 5:35 it hadn't updated so I tried to call the store to see the status. They did not pick up. Customer service stated the order was listed as a timed delivery for 6:45 and the only way to rectify this was by calling the store.
It took us 9 tries and 40 minutes to get through. I'm not sure if the timed delivery was an error on my part or the system end, however the complete lack of customer service at the store and 0 indication of the timed delivery on the website made the issue impossible to resolve.
