I’ve always liked the food I’ve gotten here but the amount of times I’ve walked up and there’s nobody there to serve you is wild. I kind of keep track of it now and the longest I waited was over 7 minutes. Great news for Loz Takoz because I just give up and go there.
It’s well over 10 times I’ve just left because nobody is there. I’m standing at loz takoz right now and two people just left after waiting.
Your food definitely isn’t the issue because I’ve always liked it.
💥 don’t listen to the negative reviews 💥 as far as food services go and being human…. Humans touch their faces more often than they think. It isn’t intentional. And it’s not like they were scratching an itch on their foot 😌
That said. They wear NEW gloves with every food bowl they prep. I like that they don’t cross contaminate like subway (subway cuts the bread open with the same knife as used to cut the sub in half after it contains things like pickles relish and mustard (allergic) and they often try to keep old gloves on. Now that’s gross)
The poke & co is fresh, clean, and very generous with the portions given its quality ingredients.
Super polite staff. And worth the wait. Yes. Sometimes. There’s a 2 minute wait it’s only 1-2 person working the food bar sometimes it can be a minute but the food is worth the wait.
My only wish is they offered red onion instead of white as red onions have better flavour when it comes to pairing it to salad greens.
Large bowls are just a few cents over $20 so really reasonably priced. I like how we can fully customize it. Great if you’re doing low carb high protein or vegetarian diets.
It does not give a good impression and it is anti hygienic that the lady that is serving the food is touching her nose and using her phone. De 27th, at 6 pm
Thank you

I ordered a small with spinach as my base. They gave me literally 3 bites of spinach. The bowl was only half full after everything was put in. That’s $15 right there. Service was also mediocre. You don’t need to go above and beyond but a smile isn’t asking that much. Quality and quantity have definitely gone down since they opened. Anyway, going to Steve’s Poke Bar going forward. For around the same price, I’m getting what I paid for…with a smile.

If you like tasteless food go here. Even with extra sauces the poke was very bad.
Ingredients were definitely fresh! Has the salmon and ricotta, and the mix of flavours were well-balanced.Located in the Food Court.

Had a really good poke bowl today and the large size is enough for 2 people. The ingredients are always fresh with lots of variety to choose from. Love this place!

I love how customizable the menu is and the portions are bigger than other poke restaurants. This place is the only one for me!
