I truly empathize with all local restaurants working during the pandemic on the weekend. However, the lack of a warm and welcoming service made my experience less enjoyable. Food was ok.

The food was incredible. From the birria, to the burrito, to the appetizers - all really good. I tend to like food that is more flavourful and has more than just the typical/usual spices in it, and this place nailed it. Adding it to the rotation of Tri-city restaurants for sure, and recommending to family and friends.

Check your take out order before you leave, otherwise you might be SOL. Placed an order for 12 papusas - six bean and cheese and six been, cheese and pork. Receipt reflected this as did the lid on the aluminum tray they were all in. When I got home and we opened up the lid, we discovered that instead of six been and cheese, we had been given six cheese and edible flower bud. As I picked up the order 40 minutes before closing and I live about an hour away, Polito's was closed by the time I discovered the error. When I called the next day to report the mistake, I was told that they didn't know what they could offer as the order was from the previous day but that they were sorry and would ensure they would be better next time - a very disappointing response when half of a $60 order is wrong.

The food is amazing- very good and authentic with a great level of spice! Me and my bf ordered takeout but we are so excited to dine on the patio on the next sunny day! Highly recommend- highlights of the meal- amazing Papusa, great chorizo tacos, and also the nachos really are loaded.

The tacos are pretty good but chicharrones are dry and too salty. Most importantly, there's always that one kid (server) forcing my girlfriend to order more after our orders are already over $100. Gotta watch out for his attitude as well.

Friendly service, amazing papusas. Best in town. Yuca fries were awesome as well. Empañadas were average but the rest more than made up for it! Definitely going back

Fantastic Latin food - truly quality, great taste. My recommendations: don't miss the Tacos Birria, the Pupusas, or the Plátanos con Crema. If you like melted cheese, lime & cilantro, and beef... this is the place.

Amazing place, lots of parking and the food is excellent. We order 2 bandejas paisas, and the taste was great, fresh and flavourful. Nice music and lots of drinks. Owner very friendly and also offered an Aguardiente shot for free!. I highly recommend this place.

This place has been our go-to since it opened up a few years ago. If you want authentic Don Corleone food this is the place to go! Some people have made some comments on price and I don’t think it’s an issue at all when the quality of food & service is top notch. Pay for what you get and I’m more than happy to cut the cheque for a 5 star joint.Killer guys, keep up the good work!-Jimmy M Bompensaro

Best birria tacos ever. I would say they are a bit pricey but every bite is worth it. Their food and service reflects their prices. Their food definitely stands out. They had a situation with a super drunk guy inside the restaurant and they managed him in the most professional and safe way.I’ll come back for sure .

Good quality vancouver mexican food. Pork burrito had flavor and the pineapple was a nice touch. Chips and guac were perfectly reasonable, had a nice spice.Unfortunately everything felt about a few dollars too expensive. Drinks were good, but again a few dollars too expensive. (burrito was $13, pint of draft beer was $10, large horchata $7 ). Would compare in quality to sal y limon. Will return , but probably not often with the price.
