This restaurant is..okay, I think it has gone under new management and since then it seems to have gone downhill quite quickly. The tables always seem to be sticky and there are always crumbs and left over food pushed off to the side.The wait staff is again, okay. Some of them are very friendly and cheerful and others seem like they could care less that they are there.The change table in the restrooms are positioned in such a weird position that it makes it pretty difficult to change your child's safety and efficiency.The food is good. That's the one good thing going for them right now. Consider take out unless you can easily see past the issues.

Love their unlimited fries. Their burgers are decent good, consistent quality throughout tgeir franchise. Also, definitely go there on your birthday, you will get a free burger if you registered on their website beforehand.
I love Red Robin and loved frequenting this location the past few years - but tonight the service was Terrible with a capital T. 3.5 hours sitting there for dinner and 2 drinks each. Not with my time or money. This location has certainly lost my business.

Service was soooooo lacking. No hostess greeted us, and once we were seated, the service was soooooooooooo slow. Over 3 hrs, our server popped by three times. I’m very disappointed. It was my friends birthday celebration and we were very disappointed. Stark contrast to when Meghan was the manager.
