Not like it was when it opened. Took a party of 4 for a bday dinner mid-week. There were only maybe 4 or 5 other diners there so the same amount of diners to wait staff. But we waited way too long to be acknowledged even though we were there exactly on time for our reservation. The burgers were not at all as good as when we came here the first time. There was no cheese on the Blue CHEESEburger - just a blue cheese weak 'sauce' mixed with the greens... what? Less than half a teaspoon of the 'special sauce' on the Barnyard burger. The general consensus was the parmesan fries and their dipping sauce, and the ice cream desert was the only things that stood out. Very disappointing to have the birthday person say he'd rather have had Wendy's burger in the least, but the ones I make at home with Ramsay's recipe are way better. Not to mention we had to drive an hour to get there and an hour home... was hoping for a better experience and an night off from cooking, but nope...

Met for lunch with a friend at Gordon Ramsay Burger. I didn't expect anything but I was very impressed by the attentive service and the outstanding blue cheese burger I had. I will definitely go there again. My friend and I are considering always meeting for lunch there. If you have a good thing why change it. Looking forward to my next lunch.

Our group of 4 have met here previously. We ultimately decided to return as we enjoyed the food, location (easy to get to), and service. We will be back.

We dropped by for a meal before attending an event at the theater. Server was very good although she was a bit stressed with the workload. Burgers were very good and similar to homemade burgers. Fries and onion rings were also very good. Atmosphere is that of a diner - nothing lavish. And the open concept does present a fair amount of noise when highly occupied. Apparently service levels are better when there is no event at the theatre.

This was not our first visit to Ramsay Burger at the casino in Coquitlam but the food issues downgraded the entire meal. Although I would like to give a 3 1/2 star rating the system did not allow that. The appetizer and my wife's burger were very good but my burger was cooked to the point of being very nearly burnt. On top of that the burger was broken nearly in half which caused it to constantly be sliding our of the bun and very difficult to eat. These issues were pointed out to our server but whether they were passed on to the kitchen and cook is unknown. Although we were there for about 10-15 minutes after mentioning the issues to our server there was never any follow up with us regarding my comments about the food. The really difficult thing to understand was that the kitchen was not very busy as there were only 3-4 tables occupied during our visit, including ours. Although we will probably go back at some point, we felt that our 36th Anniversary dinner was a very big disappointment.

The host wasn't very friendly and didn't seem to be aware of the Taste of Tricity event they are participating in, which made the experience quite confusing for us.

Best burger I've had in a long time. Server was great and the food came quickly. We did try and push our reservation back but they were not answering their phone. Restaurant was half empty when we arrived so we could have arrived an hour later had we known . Overall though a great experience and will definitely return.

My only downside was the menu selection; I wished there had been a few more burger options to choose from. Overall, a great experience and worth a visit, just hoping for a bit more variety next time.

This is our second visit to this restaurant and this time it's kind of disappointing. The burger that I ordered lacks flavor and not seasoned well for some reason. The onion rings tasted like it was fried from old oil. Not worth your money anymore. Quality of food is 👎. Too bad. Oh well.

My experience being in a wheelchair was well received? I was ushered in through other doors because my chair was too wide to fit through the front door. Entrance should be reviewed to perhaps allow the glass panel to open. Food was amazing! Blue burger and Idiot burger was shared between us and the Truffle Fries were so delicious too! We weren't rushed out even though the next seating was waiting in the bar. Great service and fast served food was great!
