Friendly staff, great ice cream. Highly recommend the early gray with honey
The best ice cream ever!
Today we went there to grab some ice cream we ordered and was served by a nice girl , when we got the order we notice we were missing scoop of vanilla, so we nicely asked them about that there was an asian guy with dark skin to be clear , he was really rude had attitude for no reason, not that he talked with rude expression with us but also were mean to poor girl . We did get refund and paid for the other scoop but overall it's disappointing how we were treated, we all have bad days doesn't mean to be rude .This three star is only for the girl that serve us , she was really nice and the ice cream flouvers were good too
Ube Honeycomb -- Insanely amazing. The greatest ice cream flavour of all time and Rocky Point is on point. Don't miss out on this amazing ice cream.
Best coconut based vegan ice cream. I thought their servings were a good size. Earlgray honey (not vegan) was amazing also. Lots of amazing flavors. And always 2 plant based (coconut milk) options of which all four are terrific. So creamy.
We love stopping by this place whenever we want delicious treats! Lovely staff and not too long of lineup. We love cookie and cream, banana fudge, rocky road flavours- will come back to try other options!! Highly recommend this place

Great ice cream
Fantastic!
A delicious experience. Each flavor has a unique intensity; you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The pistachio is simply spectacular. Ideal for those who love good ice cream.
I came here to pickup a gift card as a birthday gift at 11am so I can avoid it being busy later. There was one other person so the store was not busy. I was told by the staff, the manager said she's busy making coffee and she's the only one that knows how to load a gift card. It will be a bit of a wait. Wow, managers like that shouldn't be hired. As a company, train your staff how to make coffee or load a gift card, you cannot just rely on one person (manager). I will be buying my gift card at other businesses who want my business. I do not recommend anyone to come here. Go to Ernest Ice cream!!
Response to Owner: Thank you for your response. I want to clarify that my frustration stemmed from the fact that, despite the store not being busy at the time of my visit, I was told I would have to wait for a manager to load a gift card. While I understand that certain tasks require trained staff, having only one person available to complete such a common transaction felt like a lack of preparedness.
As a customer, I value efficiency, and having to wait, especially when the store wasn't crowded, left me feeling disappointed with the service. I believe that cross-training staff on basic tasks like loading a gift card would greatly improve the experience for your customers.
I appreciate the hard work that goes into running a business, and I know that small businesses face many challenges. However, customer experience is key to maintaining loyalty. I hope this feedback is helpful, and I wish your business all the best moving forward.
Please note, Earnest Ice Cream is a local business too. Why is it wrong for anyone to drive 40 minutes to support a local business with fantastic customer service and ice cream?
Cheers!
This place is great. Grab some tasty ice cream and then walk around Lafarge Lake.
