Very friendly and helpful pharmacist they explained all the pill I was prescribed with the effects and how to take them made me feel reassured of what pill I was taking so definitely a 5 star to all of them

I would not want to come to this pharmacy again as their service is substandard. Do not answer phone calls and their response was a staff call in not working that day. The staff was frustrated not helpful and asked me to go check with another staff because my prescription was not faxed in. One of the staff was also rude and not treating me like a customer. I would give a negative star if that was an option.

He knows customers by their names, which adds a warm and welcoming feel to every visit. I have never used this Safeway as it's not in my neighborhood, but just ordered flowers and I had the most enjoyable experience with the Assistant Florist Bhavan. Such a wonderful gentleman, very helpful, very efficient and just a joy to work with and all over the phone. Keep up the great work Bhavan. Your Amazing!!

Absolute worst self checkout machines; simple scan package scans are interrupted by multiple prompts for assistance. Takes almost longer than to go through human checkout. Unfriendly / cranky helpers

very unprofessional staff poor customer service and one of the worst store and management,my wife and me both Doctors from India and immigrated to Canada Recently and recently we went over there for some grocery shopping. She saw a turban guy during our evening visit on one day and he was uttering bad words like "Bhenchod" similar to "Sisterfucker" in English to one of his colleague in one of the aisle working with one of the disable young guy ignoring her presence in the aisle which made my wife very uncomfortable at the time.During another recent during evening visit I was looking for some grocery item and unable to find it i was looking for some help, Also saw a Indian girl Cashier named MANINDER as came to know about her name from one of the store employee doing stocking in chips aisle and tried to get her help finding the item. but she was busy having her earbuds in her ears talking to some person over phone saying "I love you MR" and stuff like it.. instead of giving her help to the customer waiting for the same.Idont understand what the management is doing about their such employees may be sleeping
I have asked about some foot care cream for me.. but the staff of Pharmacy especially KIKI and TARO are too rude to answer my query saying they are too busy... too poor customer service by safeway pharmacy staff at austin heights. Will avoid this place in future

The employees at the Safeway Austin Heights pharmacy are some of the nicest people I've ever met. I'm there all the time to pick up prescriptions, and they always make me feel so welcome. I'm never a burden to them regardless of how many questions I ask, how many times I call, anything! Not only are they super personable, they're super quick at filling prescriptions. What more could you ask for!

I shop here because it's convenient. Not the best selections available. I have found the majority of the staff friendly when interacting with them but they argue with or complain about other staff a lot in front of the customers. Not very professional.
