What seemed to be the manager was berating the staff to the point of tears. In the span of 20 minutes he made her cry multiple times over what seemed to be nothing. Seems highly unprofessional to behave this way in front of customers. It was extremely uncomfortable to watch.

Why do they use so much ice in their drinks? You either have to wait for it to melt and then water down the drink or drink it fast and throw away half your drink.

My nephew and I ordered 2 oreos yesterday Dec. 15th around 6:30pm. When my nephewâs about to finish it he felt something weird in his mouth. He quickly pulled on it and it was a bunch of hair. We were so grossed out and for an $8 drink to have hair on it is soo horrible! Never coming back again!

Would not recommend. The Handmade Taro with Fresh Milk was horrible. There was hardly any taro in it. Could only taste iced milk, thatâs it. Thatâs disappointing thing cost $8. Very disappointing!

It is quiet and the only place where you can eat red beans as a topping.

I avoid milk tea made with powder, so the fresh milk option at this place is delightful. It has a nice taste, but the topping is not sufficient. But anyways, I always order it here because Coco always uses powder, and it really makes me feel nauseous.A few good things about this place are:1. You donât have to be friendly to the staff because apparently they are not nice to you. So feel free to stop saying âthank youâ or âsorryâ at this place. Nb cares.2. Despite employees seeming indifferent, if your requests are reasonable, they'll reluctantly help you out. Just be attentive when they make your drink to ensure you get the right one.3. The flavor of fresh milk tea is always delicious. My stomach will get upset if I consume the milk tea powder ( thanks to Coco), but I never experienced such a thing here with Sharetea.Overall I gave 5 stars to this place! :)
