I ordered Crema Cacao and it was amazing. It reminded me of my childhood taste. Thank you, Sharetea!
We visited Sharetea today and tried the Crema Coffee and Crema Cacao – both were absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and balanced, and the creamy topping made every sip so enjoyable. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, which made the experience even better. Definitely one of my new favorite spots for a refreshing treat. Highly recommended!
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had here. My friend and I both ordered the Handmade Taro with Fresh Milk—she got a medium (half sugar) and I got a large (no sugar). The worker prepared both drinks at the same time but never added sugar to hers. When we asked about it, she explained that “medium half sugar is actually no sugar.” That makes no sense, and unsurprisingly, both drinks tasted exactly the same.
Secondly, the drinks were poorly made. Instead of preparing them separately, the worker cut corners—using too little ice for both cups. Once the drinks were about 80% full, she simply topped them off with milk. Normally these drinks have a slushy texture, but ours ended up thin and watery.
Finally, the taro was almost gone when she made our order. She split the small remaining amount between both drinks instead of refilling the container, which meant neither of our drinks had the proper amount of taro. As someone who has worked at Sharetea before, I could tell this was not the standard portion.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
Pretty disappointed. We arrived around 11:45, happy that it was open. All signs stated operating hours for a Thursday would begin at 11:00AM. The “Open” neon light was flashing… only for us to find the door locked. Maybe whoever was on shift was in the bathroom, that’s fine - we waited a few more minutes. Then we noticed someone sitting behind the counter on what looked like to be a laptop… we knocked to no answer. We probably waited 15 minutes until we decided to visit another bubble tea spot.
A sign to state why the store was physically closed would have helped to understand the circumstances. But nothing. And for the “barista” to have just sat there during operating hours is unprofessional.
Mango and matcha tastes weird. Bad combination. No recommend.
Lots of places to sit, easy to park, I had mango matcha bubble tea. It was okay, definitely could be better.
The drink actually tasted like water 🥲
My TARO milk tea looked and tasted like oatmeal.
What seemed to be the manager was berating the staff to the point of tears. In the span of 20 minutes he made her cry multiple times over what seemed to be nothing. Seems highly unprofessional to behave this way in front of customers. It was extremely uncomfortable to watch.
The Tea was alright tho.
SO MUCH ICE !!!
Why do they use so much ice in their drinks? You either have to wait for it to melt and then water down the drink or drink it fast and throw away half your drink.
Restaurantji Recommends
My nephew and I ordered 2 oreos yesterday Dec. 15th around 6:30pm. When my nephew’s about to finish it he felt something weird in his mouth. He quickly pulled on it and it was a bunch of hair. We were so grossed out and for an $8 drink to have hair on it is soo horrible! Never coming back again!
Service was rude and didn't tell me to shake my drink. Please inform your staff whether to shake your drink or not
Would not recommend. The Handmade Taro with Fresh Milk was horrible. There was hardly any taro in it. Could only taste iced milk, that’s it. That’s disappointing thing cost $8. Very disappointing!
The empty establishment should have been a signal.
