Ordered 4 takeout meals with free drinks. Food was tasty, though the karaage was a bit dry. One of the drinks was missing from the order. Overall, still good, but there’s room for improvement.

Website advertised special deals as starting today. I’ve included a screenshot. We called to order based on what was advertised, but were told that those didn’t start until the next day. They would not honor what was on the website and just kept repeating that the offer didn’t start until later.
I’ve worked in other businesses, including a restaurant. If we made a similar mistake, we would work to make it right, but no effort was made to make up for their mistake.

Hotate Motoyaki (Clam) is soooooo good! Love the combination of creamy tender citrus!
Koroke (Fried Pumpkin) is delicious!
Creamy Spicy Udon is ok. Compared to the two above, this is not as fancy. A little bland. It’s good that it’s actually not spicy.
