Working on the road asked if they have a washroom I could use ( they don’t have public washrooms which is okay ; understandable )
And as going to order a drink but first asked if they have plastic straws( as I can’t do paper ) and some plastic places do have the different straws . The way she spoke to me was horrible I couldn’t believe how she was speaking to me like I was garbage . All she had to say is no we don’t sorry . Learn some customer service and maybe try being kind .

Soul Cup Cafe in Coquitlam offered a bunch of interesting drinks on their menu. It is a small take out cafe, easy to access with free parking in front. I noticed a lot of fruit flies, and there wasn't really friendly service. An interesting and fun find.

The drinks are great, but unfortunatly they have the worst customer service i've ever seen. The cashier is beyond rude and talk with the customers as if they were doing a favor by being there. So sad to see such a pontential being wasted under the wrong management.

The staff here is extremely rude and looked at me like I had six heads when I asked for something. When I asked her to repeat herself she gave me a dirty look and stared at me for a moment before repeating herself. With all these reviews about your attitude you’d think you could maybe do better?

My daughter and I visited Soul Cup, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. We asked if they had any boba drinks without tea or caffeine, but the staff member looked at us as if we were asking something unreasonable. We ended up ordering a black tea bubble tea, but later I noticed on the menu that they actually do have fresh milk boba options.
While we were waiting, the staff questioned whether my daughter still wanted to order more and told us to “stand by the wall” if not. Maybe it was a language issue, but the tone felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Whatever the reason, we did not feel comfortable there and will not be returning

I would leave zero stars if I could. The staff at the store doen't appreciate new customers. The store doen't accept 100 dollar bills and the lady in the store was extremely unpolite and rude about it. I can imagine how she talks to the customers in different situations. I do not recommend this cafe as there is no warm and welcoming atmosfere from staff.

If you're looking for good quality and different selection bubble tea, this is a good place to try out. My friend who travels from west end vancouver never fails to pay a visit here because she loves their bubble tea.
Dalgona is a must try though the most recent one I had, the honey comb pieces tasted burnt in the centres.
The reason for the 3 stars is because sometimes the service doesn't come across as friendly; however, they do have a new staff member which might work to their benefit.
Excellent bubble tea that are priced reasonably for the amount provided. Would recommend!

I’ve been here a few times each time the cashier has been very unfriendly, when I entered every one started staring intentionally or I think they are racist like they have never seen anybody before or it’s an inconvenience for them you’re there. We have so many bubble tea cafes out there in lower mainland, they do understand everything but they pretend they haven’t heard anything and saying pardon me again and again, silly people. I always felt bad been there and would not go there again or with someone else. I wonder businesses don’t run like that and due to these unprecedented times one should be so humbled and nice to their customers. Worst experience ever. This cafe should be closed.

This is hands down the best place to get bubble tea. I have come here regularly for years and the workers are always so kind. The service is also very fast. I love this place so much and always recommend it to everyone I know. My favourite drink is an iced green tea with peach, strawberry and pearls. I recommend trying it. IT’S SO GOOD!
