Oh Jun 3, 2025 Tuesday around 6pm. I went into the store with my daughter for some water because her water bottle was empty. I tried to give the water bottle for a refill and this young guy at the cashier simply said “ no water without purchase”. Seriously?! Water is like zero cost and next time, please do better at hiring. Obviously nobody taught him to be kind.

Ordering coffee at this starbucks almost every day ! This month they messed up my order 3 times so far !! Ordered a hazelnut latte and they handed me a peppermint latte had to drive back 20 minutes and wait 10 minutes to replace my order !! Every time I am asking for a chocolate croissant warmed up comes out cold and have to ask again and wait to get it warmed up again !! Seems like the staff who are placing the orders are not paying attention at all !

The staff at this location are not very personable. They seem annoyed and unhappy. Some of them are nicer than others.

The music is FAR TOO LOUD. People come here to study and work, not party.. lol

This location is great as other locations. The great thing about Starbucks is that if you don't give tip for one cup of coffee the servers are still nice and provide great service compare to other coffee shops. The only thing that make this location not perfect is the poor condition of washrooms. They are always dirty. Otherwise, this location is perfect!!!

This is a really slow slow Starbucks. Prepare to order mobile pick up about 40 mins in advance otherwise you will be waiting in the store eliminating the whole purpose of ordering online. If you are just stopping by, prepare to wait a long long time

Went to this location to redeem my wife free birthday coffee. I ordered for my kids and myself and they would not redeem her free coffee as the app didn’t work. Even if the app shows her birthday all the staff told us is call customer service. How hard would it have been to just give her the coffee. Spent for my coffee and the kids cookies, now have to buy the supposed free coffee. I just gave her mine but not great customer service.

Paco in this Starbucks had a bad customer service with me. They made a mistake and gave me two Latte. but I asked him this is your fault to prepare two latte and he poured the Latte in front of me, instead of giving latte to me. Waste that.
This is not a professional behavior with regular customers.
Please review his performance.

They just always get my drink right here. Usually they are friendly too - it's a really busy location

Tried to come here for my free birthday drink and they refused me because the code wasn't loading on my app for some reason. Even though I had my ID and it said on my app profile that it was my birthday the manager said there was nothing he can do about it without having that code. Although he was polite about it, he told me that since it was an app issue that I needed to contact customer service to get that fixed. Went to a different Starbucks location and even though the app still wasn't showing a code, they happily gave me my birthday drink because there's been ongoing issues with the app and the customers shouldn't have to be punished for it. THAT'S how things SHOULD be done!!! The manager at this location could have easily given me the free drink, the excuse he provided was complete nonsense. Never coming back to this location again.

Ordered drinks for drive through using the mobile app. The barista told me to pull over since my drinks weren't ready yet, and that he'll bring it to me.
Waited 10 minutes but still didn't receive my drinks so I went into the store to check.
Literrally all the baristas (there were 5 of them) were just standing with their arms crossed, just chatting to each other.
My drinks were already ready but weren't brought up to me as the barista told me they were going to be.
I don't mind going into the store to pick up my drinks, but if that's what I need to do, at least tell me instead of telling me that you'll bring it to me. Super disappointed by the service :/

Seems like every time you go to Starbucks the prices go up. I never thought ice could cost so much because that's pretty much all I got in my refresher. The only positive was the staff were very friendly and hard working.
