By far the best Starbucks service I've ever had. Super friendly staff especially Paco, Jordan, Matthew, and Monica. The atmosphere was very chill and inviting, great music playing too. And the food, even better, they got it to me right away, everything was done exactly the way I wanted it. If you want your Starbucks done right this is the location to hit up. Pull up gangš¤

Very poor service at this Starbucks. There were 4ā5 employees behind the counter, yet my order wasnāt taken for a long time. I was told ājust a secondā multiple times, and when one guy finally took my order, he was rude and disrespectful. When I mentioned the wait, he brushed it off and said it āwasnāt 10 minutes,ā even though it clearly felt much longer. Completely unprofessional and not what I expect from Starbucks.

Oh Jun 3, 2025 Tuesday around 6pm. I went into the store with my daughter for some water because her water bottle was empty. I tried to give the water bottle for a refill and this young guy at the cashier simply said ā no water without purchaseā. Seriously?! Water is like zero cost and next time, please do better at hiring. Obviously nobody taught him to be kind.
Ordering coffee at this starbucks almost every day ! This month they messed up my order 3 times so far !! Ordered a hazelnut latte and they handed me a peppermint latte had to drive back 20 minutes and wait 10 minutes to replace my order !! Every time I am asking for a chocolate croissant warmed up comes out cold and have to ask again and wait to get it warmed up again !! Seems like the staff who are placing the orders are not paying attention at all !

The music is FAR TOO LOUD. People come here to study and work, not party.. lol

This location is great as other locations. The great thing about Starbucks is that if you don't give tip for one cup of coffee the servers are still nice and provide great service compare to other coffee shops. The only thing that make this location not perfect is the poor condition of washrooms. They are always dirty. Otherwise, this location is perfect!!!
