Then, I wanted to scan my code for points, but the woman said I had to pay with the app, which was weird because there's a scan option, right? I'm super bummed about how clueless and untrained they are. I'm not spending any money there until they get their act together.

I was fourth in the line and waited for 15 minutes. I placed my order and paid and then the person told me they didn't have what I ordered. She did refund me but when I suggested that she put up a sign telling people they didn't have that product she told me that it's not worth it because it'll be ready in 30 minutes. I don't think it's realistic to wait for 45 minutes for Starbucks.

I had a fantastic experience! I ordered the 'Iced Expresso with White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew', which was absolutely delicious. The staff Sonam was friendly, welcoming, and made my drink with love. Sonam’s hospitality and service were top-notch, and I loved the smile she greeted me with.
