The lady at the counter was super rude, she was at the counter, but there was a closed sign, and I wanted to purchase a mug. I asked her super politely if it was any way to purchase it and she said no, but when another customer asked her, she said it could be purchased at the Save on foods cashier. No idea why she couldn’t just tell me that. Nonsense!
I was asked to pay $0.25 for an iced water where all other Starbucks never charge for iced water. Ridiculous.
Decent little Starbucks. We’ve never had to wait long for service. Nice seating area as well.

Always great service. This Starbucks inside the new Save On Foods is great, love the shared seating area and great to grab a drink while shopping or for after.

I don't normally comment about Starbucks. This is by far one of the best locations I've been in. Came in 6:00 am to a warm welcome, good service and my drink was on time.
BEST STARBUCKS EVER!!!!! Incredible service. Employees are the best out of every other store around. They deserve a bonus for their hospitality and customer service!! Life changing experience.

Don't know what the bad reviews are talking about. This is hands down the best Starbucks I've ever been to. The service is fast, the drinks are perfect, and the workers are some of the best people I've had the pleasure of knowing. 10/10 service?
Horrible Starbucks, I waited for the barista to take my order and instead he looked at me and carried on his conversation with his coworker completely ignoring me. When they were done talking I placed my order, but as I was speaking he rudely interrupted me and cut me off from ordering my second drink. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino with no whipped cream and I got a caramel ribbon crunch drink that had caramel sauce on the bottom and it tasted like milk. And to top it off I got a mountain of whipped cream on top of my drink, this was the same guy who took my order and made my drink.
This place is always closed when I come here, even in the middle of the day!
Terrible.... 2 girls working and i was ignored for 5 mins when 1 took the order she refused to make a frappuccino even tho she just made one for the person infront of me, saying shes now going to clean the machine since they close in half an hour and refused my business!!!

I handed over my Starbucks card, at this place, asking to buy with Starbucks stars. Seeing that the charge hadn't been deducted, as the order was being confirmed, I said, again, very clearly, "and I'd like to buy that with stars." So, after ignoring my request twice, the barista put through the order, charging me $14 for it. I told her, "No. I said I wanted to buy that with stars." Again, I had no reply, except a blank stare. Another barista then said, "You can't use stars, at this location." Okay. That's fine, but, given that's the case, you should say something about it, *before* putting a charge through, on someone's card, no? And do you think any of these people offered a simple apology? Of course not. I now have $14 less on my card, all without asking to make a purchase, and I still have stars expiring, at the end of the month. It doesn't take much to ask, "Buy with stars? What do you mean? I don't understand." Nor does it take a lot to say, "I'm sorry for the error." If Google stars were given for spending customers' money without their leave and without apology, this would be a five-star establishment, for sure. However, I hope for a different sort of experience.
