Asking for venti, and you receive grande, and you are in rush and they just say we charge you for the grande!!!!!

All I asked for was a venti with light ice. Instead, I got a grande with almost the whole cup packed full of ice. Where’s my venti? Where’s the light in “light ice”?
Their explanation? “Oh, I put it in a grande cup since you asked for light ice….” HUH?? Make it make sense.
Great job, Starbucks, charging venti prices for a grande sized disappointment.
I don’t even like my drinks watered down, but oh well…. guess I’ll just enjoy a refreshing cup of ice with a side of sugar

Terrible customer service their manager refuse to give a cup of water to my son one minute after their hours
Came to this location on my birthday to redeem my free birthday drink. As I got to the till I said “I have a birthday drinks to redeem today” she then asked me what I wanted and I ordered. She asked for my Starbucks card so I gave it to her and then she charged it. I asked if it was my birthday drink and shouldn’t have been charged. She then told me they don’t have the birthday option here.
She then proceeded to stand leaning against the counter with a coworker and give me dirty looks as I stood waiting for my birthday drink I paid for. She didn’t offer a “I’m sorry for the confusion”, no happy birthday, no offer to refund my order, just dirty looks and a bad attitude.

The lady at the counter was super rude, she was at the counter, but there was a closed sign, and I wanted to purchase a mug. I asked her super politely if it was any way to purchase it and she said no, but when another customer asked her, she said it could be purchased at the Save on foods cashier. No idea why she couldn’t just tell me that. Nonsense!

I was asked to pay $0.25 for an iced water where all other Starbucks never charge for iced water. Ridiculous.

The staff are always very polite and been amazing service!!I always go there when I'm working and they have been super kind and always get my order correct!Thank you for the little doodles as well, they always make my day!
