This store feels very big and spacious inside compared to some of the cramped spaces some stores can feel like. The staff are friendly and welcoming and they work fast.
In particular Jaiyana who previously worked at the now closed Suterbrook location store works here. She has always stood out as being a friendly and welcoming employee so if any customers from Suterbrook miss her this store has been made a better location by her working here.

Honestly what great service!
I called cause I had recently ordered online and the drink came wrong and it had happened before, which was not the Starbucks fault it was how skip the dishes has design the app. But when I called to ask if they could put a note on my order to make sure it was right I spoke to a very sweet employee and I needed up getting a gift card with my order for the inconvenience, and my drink was made right! Thank you so much to the employee I spoke to you are great!
The staff is both efficient and personable.
I came in when it was so busy Brandon was like the barista version of sonic he’s so efficent and friendly while getting the thang done!

During my recent visit to this location, I experienced a noticeable difference in how staff interacted with customers. I was standing at the counter for about 20 minutes without being greeted or assisted, while another customer was welcomed and served promptly. Had I not used the online ordering option, I could have ended up waiting for much longer. This experience was uncomfortable and frustrating. I hope management reviews staff training to ensure all customers are treated respectfully and receive timely service.
Expensive for what it is, but the drinks are always delicious and the service is great.

The employees don't know what they're doing, the cashier didn't follow the line and took orders from anyone in front of him! A simple coffee took over ten minutes!

It is very unfortunate to see what this place is turning into for the last years… I once asked for water because i was fasting for a blood test and barista asked me to buy food. I explained that I can not have food until after the blood test. Then she suggested I should buy water. No problem with that, but I cannot imagine customer service like this from my once fav location

Every visit is such a positive experience – the staff are always full of energy and incredibly welcoming. Today the waffles were sold out so I tried something else, and to my surprise they even gave me a $4 card for next time. Such thoughtful customer service!

All the staff is very friendly, I really feel welcomed every time I go get my coffee.
A nice, cozy spot with plenty of tables and chairs — perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while reading or catching up with a friend!

20 minutes for a mobile order is excessive
Service: 1
Writing on cups is so inadequate and does not compensate for the inconsistency in quality especially with mobile ordering. Regular brewed coffee is watered down and often contains coffee grinds. Espresso beverages have little to no espresso. Corporate customer service is non existent. Starbucks used to be one of top customer oriented companies and could be relied on to refund. With mobile orders, beverages, food is taken to next destination and the only way to be refunded is to go back to Starbucks. The general compadre of a coffeehouse is lacking and the idea of a sharpie written message just doesn’t make up for the overpriced inconvenience of poorly prepared beverages not to mention the compensation for the corporate “leaders”.
