I was here between oct - nov 2024 about 6 times through these 2 months. 3 out of the 6 times my drink wasn't made after ordering... I now believe either a staff member there hates me and refuses to make my drink or its simple a poorly run establishment. Either way I personally can not suggest this Starbucks to anyone and although it is the closest Starbucks to me I will be driving the extra distance to the next closest Starbucks for now on

Shaken espressos here are all Milk. I order them all the time. When they served it to me it was very white. I watched 4 of them come out that way while I was waiting. When I asked them why it was so pale she said she could add shots. I said I order them all the time from multiple locations she said ya well we make them all the time. Pfff. OK. Make them right from the start.

Kid-friendliness: Starbucks offers different juices, snacks and hot chocolate for kids.

My daughter saved up her stars to buy a clear star bucks cup only to find it leaks in the side wall. No help, no warranty, just brushed off….. Don’t buy the cups, no warranty and you have to contact Starbucks corporate to see about any help. Expensive cups with no warranty

They keep the AC on high even in the winter to deter people from staying inside to enjoy the drink they paid for more than 10 minutes. Spend your money in local coffee shops instead

As a long-time patron of Starbucks, I have always appreciated the warm atmosphere and excellent service provided by the staff at this location. However, my recent experience, particularly on my son's 18th birthday, left me extremely disappointed.My son, eager to celebrate his milestone birthday, decided to create an account to redeem the customary birthday drink offered to loyal customers because was always using my account. Excitedly, we visited your establishment on his special day, only to be met with a disappointing denial of his birthday treat.Despite being a loyal customer for years, it was disheartening to witness my son's excitement turn to disappointment when he was informed that he was ineligible for the birthday drink due to his recent account creation.This policy not only tarnished our celebratory mood but also left us questioning the fairness of such regulations.Birthdays are meant to be joyous occasions, and denying a simple gesture like a birthday drink to a young adult on their special day is not only disappointing but also reflects poorly on the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction. When I know drinks are dumped and wasted.
