It is very unfortunate to see what this place is turning into for the last years… I once asked for water because i was fasting for a blood test and barista asked me to buy food. I explained that I can not have food until after the blood test. Then she suggested I should buy water. No problem with that, but I cannot imagine customer service like this from my once fav location

Every visit is such a positive experience – the staff are always full of energy and incredibly welcoming. Today the waffles were sold out so I tried something else, and to my surprise they even gave me a $4 card for next time. Such thoughtful customer service!

20 minutes for a mobile order is excessive

Writing on cups is so inadequate and does not compensate for the inconsistency in quality especially with mobile ordering. Regular brewed coffee is watered down and often contains coffee grinds. Espresso beverages have little to no espresso. Corporate customer service is non existent. Starbucks used to be one of top customer oriented companies and could be relied on to refund. With mobile orders, beverages, food is taken to next destination and the only way to be refunded is to go back to Starbucks. The general compadre of a coffeehouse is lacking and the idea of a sharpie written message just doesn’t make up for the overpriced inconvenience of poorly prepared beverages not to mention the compensation for the corporate “leaders”.

This used to be one of my fav spots to work and chat places with friends. A. Year ago or so it was renovated and they hot rid of the indoors seatings and now only out side tables which are great (but only for summer) the rest of the year basically no sitting area at all, rainy or too cold or wet outside. now day for me is only for pick up or drive thru.

There is one tall, slim Asian male staff member here whose attitude is absolutely unacceptable. He treats customers with a condescending demeanor, constantly staring in a way that makes every visit uncomfortable. He may believe he’s doing his job well, but his behavior clearly shows a lack of respect and comes across as arrogant and authoritative.

It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating to be treated this way. He seriously needs to relearn the basics of customer service and how to treat people with respect.

On the other hand, the rest of the staff are wonderful — kind, polite, and genuinely helpful. It’s unfortunate that one person’s unprofessional behavior overshadows the great service provided by others.

I ordered a tomato mozzarella focaccia for delivery and received a turkey sandwich, which I ended up taking a few bites of, before I realized there was meat in it. I’ve been a vegetarian all my life, so it was very upsetting. This isn’t the first time this location has messed up my order. Never ordering from this location again.

I usually enjoy coming to this Starbucks, but I had a disappointing experience today (July 7).

Last time I ordered oatmeal here, it was given to me completely dry — no water or milk — so I called afterward, and the staff told me I could get a free replacement the next time I visited.

When I came back today, an Asian male employee told me that it “should be within a week,” which was never mentioned to me on the phone. I explained what I was told, and although he did agree to make the oatmeal, his attitude was very dismissive and rude. He even tossed the oatmeal down in front of me, which felt disrespectful and made me uncomfortable as a customer.

I hope this feedback helps improve the communication and customer service at this location. I appreciate when staff are kind and understanding, and I hope future visits reflect that.

Arrived almost at closing but the staff was more than happy to still prepare an order for us! Friendly and helpful even at the end of the day. It was much appreciated on a hot day to get a couple of amazing cold beverages. I'll be frequently returning to this establishment. Always clean and the amazing staff makes this my new go to for a Starbucks! TY 🙏🏻

Every time I visit this Starbucks, the brownie is always out of stock. It’s honestly disappointing because I specifically come for it, and it’s never available. If something is that popular, why not keep more stock or at least let customers know ahead of time? Consistency matters—hope this gets fixed soon.

This Starbucks the food is great but not the baristas there was this one lady we paid I accidentally gave her a extra 5 and kept it and pretended she didn’t get an a extra 5 at the end of the order I told her (name: Eliza) i gave an extra 5 she said you didn’t she didnt yiu gave 35 but I gave 30 when the drinks came she said here is the receipt cause you don’t believe me and rolled her eyes we went out to have our drinks I told my friend so she went in there to talk to her and got affensive and gave attitude and refused to give us a refund really bad service Eliza not happy dont know why it had to be that big of a deal I know I gave you 30 0 stars service
