This is the best location around. They are always super friendly and happy. The last time I was there, they were not as talkative as usual, but most of the time it’s great. I love how they make small talk in the window with you while waiting for your drink. Plus, this is one of the only locations that I never have to worry about the quality of the drink! It always tastes perfect every time!

First visit in years, things have not gotten better.
I work near the area and used to come here everyday and order a mocha, I thought the employees were very nice at the time. I'm not 100% sure but I am pretty sure somebody has been spitting in my drinks? I have had two incidents where I have become nauseated after drinking it and when I dump it, I find this weird yellow substance at the bottom??? I don't know what happened and the first time I thought it was an accident or something but a second time? It's just very sickening.
