This store feels very big and spacious inside unlike some store locations that can feel a bit cramped. The staff are friendly and I did not have to wait a very long time for my in store drink even though this is a drive thru location which is impressive. This store is located near the movie theatre and there is a grocery store and many restaurants in the surrounding area.
Alexis who is the former manager of the now closed Suter brook location works here and she is one of the most down to earth, personable and thoughtful managers who exists so this store will benefit greatly from her leadership.

Went to Starbucks with an 100$ bill as one of my only forms of payment as I had received it as a gift and hadn’t had the chance to break it, my order was 30$ and the drive thru lady said they couldn’t take it! It’s unbelievable they have no signage up and say only in the afternoons they’ll lock up safe’s but not mention anything to the public. Really ruined my day and with things getting more expensive 100$ isn’t even a lot now a days, ridiculous how you can’t use cash.

Specifically, I've requested no ice, yet my drinks often arrive overly foamy. Additionally, when I order ahead via the app, the estimated wait time is often inaccurate, leading to additional wait time during busy mornings.
I appreciate the friendly service from staff like Natasha, but I'd like to highlight the need for improved order accuracy and communication. Given the issues I've experienced, I would have appreciated a complimentary drink replacement or adjustment.
I hope you can address these concerns to improve my future visits..

Terrible, terrible did I say terrible tasting turkey (one measly piece of turkey bacon) I think, it was supposed to be turkey bacon. Supposed to have cheese on it yeah no, not any. The most flavorless breakfast whatever. Don’t waste your money on the breakfast turkey bacon and egg white with cheese breakfast sandwich. Total garbage for 5.45.

Honestly this is the worst starbucks. They are consistently out of items, every time I come in and the line ups especially the drive through are insane. I’ve sat here for 20+ minutes before. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, the wait times are ridiculous.
