Cashier at counter didn’t answer me as right away

I stood in line for five minutes. I was the only one in line and nobody even bothered to greet me or asked me for an order. Four people looked at me separately went back to their work. A supervisor came out I said to her, I’ve been standing here for five minutes, looked at me with a blank, looking in her eyes. Starbucks you need to do better. Better training, better staff. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a place before.
I waited for my coffee too long (20 minutes)!

I went here and when I ordered there was a 10-15 minute wait for my singular drink, probably wont come back because of the wait. The drink I got was super sour and sweet so I ended up not finishing it.
Vegetarian options: Pretty sure everything is vegetarian besides some of the baked goods.
Parking: Lots of free parking.

I live closeby so i go to this location frequently. Majority of the staff is amazing however that blonde elder (50’s age?) has been unreasonably rude to me and super nice to caucasian people. I noticed that more often when i sit and work on my laptop. This location needs more diversity to be honest.

I went to get my coffee before work on Saturday at 8 in the morning on Jun 1. For $5 drink, the batista (with a ponytail) better make it presentable. She carelessly overfilled the cup and wiped it off with a questionable dishcloth, leaving a huge straight line stain on a cup. I was in a rush and didn't have time to request a new one.

I go to this Starbucks often as I don’t live far from here and I always liked the employees. Lately, they just hired an older female in her 50s or late 40s. I had her for 4 times and each time, she was rude for no reason. By the way, when I order i always say please and thank you. Each time, I thought it was age related and thought it was my misunderstanding.But, this time there is just no way! She is doing it in purpose! My order was ‘ Can I please get a decaf misto with soy’ Her response was ‘You gotta wait for decaf’ My response was ‘ Okay, can I get Americano decaf as it takes shorter’ Her response’ You get whatever is there with very loud voice’ and she didn’t do the Americano. Instead, i had to wait. I get yelled while I pay 4-5 bucks for my coffee. I am sorry not coming back to this location. I highly suggest someone reviews her customer service
