Leah helped me out today, and she was so patient and kind with me! I told her that I didn’t want it to be too sweet, so she helped me customize my coffee for the perfect taste! I love a little afternoon treat, and the lovely staff just made it that much better. Thanks for the sugar free vanilla option!!

I was impressed by the genuine kindness of the staff. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing as a coffee shop should be. This location is in a nice area with plenty of other shopping locations and restaurants.As of one week ago Breanna is the new manager. Having personally known her for 6 years no one puts more effort into kindness and service of customers and creating a positive environment for staff. This store is in good hands.

The baristas were fine but the manager was rude to me and to the baristas. Every interaction i witnessed between her the baristas seemed tense and uncomfortable.

Honestly I wouldn’t even leave one star. This store is so brutal.for the last year this store has got so bad.No one knows that’s going on and I usually have to wait 20-30 mins for an order that I place with your app.Your machines are automated. Even with the two people today that were on, one was a store manager and one was an assistant store manager. Doesn’t matter the day or time of day you go it is such bad service.No drip coffee is ever ready!And to top it off I was handed someone else’s drink, so the store manager ran after me to take it back as she was the one who gave it to me.Then I got my last drink. My breakfast sandwich and my latte were cold when I got them. This was no one off this is how things regularly are here.By the way Starbucks, it’s time you start allowing customers to put cream and sugar back in the drip coffee our selves. It is not a pleasant experience having to wait 10 mins for your staff to figure out what is going on and how to our a drip coffee.The staff at Westwood run around with their heads chopped off. It seems like you are all stoned!No one gives you the correct drinks, they are screwing around more than helping their customers and I won’t be going here again.Doesn’t matter the time of day, they store is dirty, boxes everywhere, sllllllloooooooowest service in the area!

5 stars koz of hard working people there and really good coffee. More than two prople needed for sure as dealing with mixed drinks and pick up orders takes time. Not a staff fault if you have to esit lo ger. More chairs and tables needed outside. Patio should be cleaned / pressure washed and definitely more people to work and clean during shifts.

This is definitely my fav Starbucks in the neighbourhood. Even on the busiest day of the year the staff are friendly and work as fast as possible.The counter staff was so awesome, I got one of the last red cups of the day. And the barista was so smart they knew I wasn’t going to use the lid to my personal cup and gave me ample wip.You all rock!
