5 nice stars for this caffe! This location and staff are amazing. Myself with my friend were there today. My friend wanted to leave right away but the server offered us Belgian waffles! She treated like there was an earthquake or something. We will be back! Conveniently located beside the mall with delicious flat white coffee this is awesome place. It also has great views from outside

And in for a drink and to use the bathroom, they lock up the bathroom 30 min before closing and they didn’t offer to open it, shame on your attitude and no customer service…

yesterday at approximately 5:45 pm me , my wife and my son walked in to redeem a "birthday drink" as we had downloaded the app .
we were rudely called over by a ( just going to give a blunt description please forgive me ) tall , skinny, Asian kid with HUGE braces and somewhat of a lisp and once he asked us what we are here to order etc my wife explained we were redeeming something through the app .
starts accusing us " are you already a member on the app " "yes" we said ...
" I see that you just downloaded it today and there's been no prior activity or purchases "
my wife says ok , I looked him straight in the face and asked him " does it come with better in person customer service if we become long term app members?"
walked out , thankfully there's plenty of other better options in the area with friendlier, possibly better educated staff .

The servers was amazing specially David, he is super cute but unfortunately he said that he has a girlfriend so I came out of your cafe with broken heart?
Very odd environment / inside space. With all the available retail space inside the mall + all the $upport from mall traffic and mall worker$, Starbucks could do better with acquiring a larger space. Or just close it and open a kiosk style in the food court (similar to metrotown mall). AND YES - please train the barista "in this location" on drinks that must have espresso in them. they seem to be saving starbucks ?

I order different kinds of latte almost every day. For example, when I order Espresso Frap, I expect Espresso Frap and not sweetened milk. This is NOT on one occasion. My colleagues who are getting their drinks from this location share the same frustration. Ice coffee from this location is: a cup of hot coffee added a scoop of ice and by the time you get to your car it’s all melted and tastes like lukewarm coffee. Fortunately we have other choices of Starbucks nearby on Johnston & Barney next to RBC as well as inside Save on food which are so consistent and trained well.
