It's Starbucks.

Well, for starters, the coffee was completely burnt. It had a horrible burnt taste. That was quite off putting. And then the matter of the refill. There was absolutely no mention of the fact that in order to claim a refill, I needed to ask the Barista for a receipt as proof while ordering the first drink. This lack of clear communication breeds ambiguity in the customer's mind and can tend to affect the visit to the coffee shop. And being reminded of this point blank by the barista was yet another jarring experience. I would have expected better from Starbucks.

It’s ok. They seem a little bit unorganized but they also are probably short staffed and are trying their best. The coffee is hit or miss at times but still does the job. All in all still a good location for people nearby

The Asian barista around 11am was really rude. Kept telling me the drink I want is out of stock and without any patience. I won’t order again if she’s still there.

Needs faster staff and more of them.
Every time you go in there, there’s a lineup and some of us who just have limited breaks have no choice, but to just walk away without a coffee. The staff also moves like molasses, regardless if there’s one or seven people in line. Put more staff in this location!!

Just got my strawberry acai lemonade drink today. I haven't had these in a while, and I want to say thank you because it tasted really good! It wasn’t too sour or too sweet; it was perfect. Also, the two ladies who were working there today were super nice. Thank you!

Don’t listen to Yelp, one of the worst ones. Took forever, gave us straws for lids that didn’t fit straws. Ladies did seem like they were trying their hardest but please do not come here just for the Starbucks like we accidentally did.

I come to this location as the closest one to where we live. Noticed that it's a hit or miss with using promo codes/coupons - some are honored and some are not. They also do NOT honor birthday rewards here.

Visiting this location 4 times a week. It is the most unpleasant Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staffs are rude and waiting time is long. They always close early and just put a notice there. And they sometimes just have 1 staff working. I visited this evening and wanted to make order. The only staff told me she needed to take a 10 min break and she was gone! Don’t understand how the management would allow a 10 min break right 20 min before closing. Ridiculous.
