Shoutout to Nirmal for his amazing customer service and helping us out. It was his first day but still managed to make us feel very welcomed and at home.
I go to Subway often, but mostly this one, I am always made to feel welcome when I go there, staff is very. friendly

Wasn't busy at all when we went in. The lady made really good sandwiches. The restaurant was clean.

I want to give a big shoutout to the team at Subway, especially Mamjot, for providing truly outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, Mamjot greeted me and my family with a genuine smile, was super friendly, attentive, and made our sandwich just the way we wanted it — with care and patience. You can tell she enjoys what she does and goes the extra mile to make sure customers leave happy. It’s people like Mamjot who make you want to come back. Thank you for making the experience so great!
Inedible bread and cutlet is really gross but rice bowl might be ok
I mobile ordered here I got 3 foot longs all super light on all its ingredients I paid for bread at that point, one wasn’t cut in half, one was missing ingredients. I order everyday throughout different locations and this one being my first order at that store stood out too bad for me to have to write this.
I called to complain about my order, after I told her this she said “well as we got your mobile order we got very busy” to which I replied “is ‘being busy’ an excuse for my sandwiches to come out bad and not given the same attention as it would if it wasn’t busy?” To which she back tracked and made some other excuse.
I asked what could be done about this and she said “well the ingredients were all right but I’ll have to call you back to see what I can do” .. i literally called to confirm to you the ingredients were not correct and so light. I gave them my number, I get a call back saying I can come get new ones.
This was a bad showcase of customer service, it’s one thing to mess up an order it happens, but to make excuses for it as I expressed my dissatisfaction for a meal I paid money for? This was on Saturday may 31st around 12:30pm.

Hey @ Lola Ebola . This information is false . Me and my co worker Komal we served you on May, 15 at 1:37 pm . I think you might have had some communication issues . We do receive our tips from the machine in every pay cheque . We don’t want anyone to make false assumptions . Thankyou !
On may 15, 1:37pm I am ordering a sub. The nice young Indian woman finishes putting my combo together and rings it up on the machine. It immediately prompts a tip option when I’m about to pay and I asked her if she got the tips or does the owner? She chuckled and said “no we don’t get any of the tips from machine, they go to the owner”.
Keep that in mind when you’re going to this subway location. Not my first subway in Coquitlam either that I’ve had this same experience at.
Wouldn’t let me order said they’re closed. It was an hour before close.

Just spent my whole fing lunch, 50 minutes trying to order from this stupid app and website.
I tried 2 different web browsers and then downloaded the app and then tried 2 different cards to pay.
I will never eat here again. I am so upset. This place is trash. Go to firehouse sub instead
This subway location is excellent. The service was above average and the subs were made perfectly neat and bursting with toppings. I had a footlong veggie delite on toasted whole wheat with extra veggies and it was delicious with fresh ingredients. It was well packed with veggies. The location is larger as well and well stocked. All subway locations should be like this.
Came here on my lunch break. They only had two staff members working and a long line. The second staff member through it would be a good time to take out the recycling and ignore the line. I ended getting called back to work and had to leave before getting my lunch. Thanks! Glad that recycling made it out at lunch hour .
Service was ridiculous. She asked me to wait 20 minutes before she could hear my order for a sandwich. lol going somewhere else simple.
