I ordered a veggie sub which was so delicious and amazing. I liked the way of their preparations and she also provided a kind gesture of guest service on last Saturday 28 dec and the guy prepared my sub wrap. Amazing service and atmosphere.

Be aware. This location charges you more than you suppose to pay. They lie about coupons, they wont let you use it. Be aware the older hispanic woman.

Not one subway in this province does any of this properly... you know theres a thing called subway University.. oh and if i get another hard end of a pepper in my food im gunna throw my sub back. This is unacceptable. If you purchase a franchise, DO IT CORRECTLY! Your just ruining our restaurants..

0 stars! I have never been to the location in Coquitlam on Austin Ave. but had an unauthorized purchase on my subway app that was picked up at this location. The only way I have found to advise subway of thisbis through an email that gets sent. I emailed within hours of being notified of the transaction as I was sleeping and saw it when I woke. This was sent a week ago and I have yet to hear anything from anyone at subway. DO NOT USE THE APP as there seems to be no way to ensure the safety of your information!

The pakistan guy usually works at 9-10 pm. He always sits in the kitchen and touches his face or bare arms with gloves. No greetings no answers. He looks like he doesn't want to be there. I gotta look for other place due to hygiene issue.
