They are out of most sandwiches, girl said they are closing. I ordered the footling meatball sub, the meatballs were cold, bread was stale, I was afraid to eat the sub. So I threw it out, the girl asked me if I wanted sauce on my sub and I said no it has tomato sauce, no clue! Don’t go here.

Today, I had a bad experience. The woman who made my sandwich lack hygiene protocols and manipulated my sandwich with her gloves on, but after having used them to manipulate the cash register. She didn’t change them. I told her about it and she lied saying she had worn a new pair of gloves to manipulate my sandwich, but I was less than a meter from her. It was gross and I ended throwing away my sandwiches. She did so because she forgot to wrap my sandwiches separately, as I had asked her, so she just went ahead and wrapped them separately, but touched them with the same gloves she used to manipulate the cash register.

The food is always ready when I arrive, the ingredients are always correct, and the place is clean thanks to the awesome, and friendly staff.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location today. The customer service was honestly terrible. I politely asked the staff member to change her gloves after handling beef since I don’t eat it for personal reasons, and she got visibly annoyed. She smacked my bun down on the counter with attitude and continued to act rude throughout the whole interaction.
The sandwich itself was also poorly made and just overall gross. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable ordering food before. I won’t be returning to this location, the lack of basic hygiene and respect is unacceptable

I recently visited Subway and had a great experience, thanks to Mannu and Simran. They provided excellent customer service, were super friendly, and made my visit really enjoyable. My sandwich was made perfectly, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this Subway location for the outstanding service!
