I got a sandwich here today and was very impressed by how professional my sandwich artist was. She had a trainee badge on and a very impatient and rude customer was in front of me and had nothing but criticism and a tone so harsh it would fluster anyone. The trainee remained so composed and was never rude back, even though most people would have probably wanted to be. It is not easy to remain calm and grounded and continue to work through something like that, and she did a great job on my sandwich!
