One of the worst experience ever had. Poor customer service. Giving wrong order and blaming customer that not given clear order. Never visited again.

The guy gave us wrong order. Ordered chicken but he gave us veggie patty instead. When we told him about it, he wanted to charge us more because apparently he hadnt charged us for our drinks. Absolute pathetic customer service. Food was alright but had to repeat it like 5 times for bread and other ingredients.

Safe to say, wont be returning to this one again!

Today I purchased a sub at 3pm. The girl making my sandwich had thick black hair. I advised her one of her hairs was in my sub. She said "Thats not mine!" (she was still currently making my sub behind the counter). I said it doesn't matter, you need to throw that out. She started to pick out the large hair like that was ok, I told her NO you need to throw out the whole sandwich. She proceeded to throw the meat that touched the hair back into the meat bin then throw out the sandwich. I told her you can't do that, you can't throw back meat that have touched your hair into the fresh meat. She said nothing, like no sorry, no "oh!"........ nothing. She started a new sandwich and I realize now that I am home she did NOT change her gloves after picking out and touching her hair to make my new sandwich. These staff need way more training. I won't ever return to this location and will be reporting.

Never given bad reviews but the subway at the como lake has the worst service ever. It was Sunday I ordered food ( tandoori spiced mozzarella) online for pick up and went to the store. The guy casually makes one and I asked him thrice what the red thing was in the bun and he replies that it’s cheese. He also tells me that can you tell me quick what veggies you want so that it saves time but there was no one in the store to order. When I reach home to eat and have a bite I realize it’s pork based subway. Much more disappointed as I am a vegetarian and when I went back to tell him he didn’t even say sorry or anything. Just rudely made my correct order and didn’t even compensate for anything.Literally the horrible service ever.

placed an order through the subway app 2 times now, both times asked for extra mayo and extra sweet onion sauce cause i like my subs saucyy! i think because i did that they purposly put next to nothing, sandwitches were dryer than the sahara.... also very slopily put together even for subway standards... so 1 star for uu

Worst customer service ever. Normally I ain’t the one to write negative reviews. But (not sure of his name) Amdi Emdi Mandi or Endi working the Sunday shift was being so ridiculous when I placed an online order for pickup. They charged me not once but twice and showing him the transaction that went through my banking app. Wasted 30 minutes of our time till at the very end the other girl working was like “I got the order” started prepping our order. Until the very end Emdi or whatever his name is suddenly changed his mind and was like that order wasn’t for you even showing him the bank statement. I also seeked clarification from him to try the order again the second time. He started arguing with us then proceeded to through our sandwiches in the garbage. Normally I’m not the one to argue I was so fed up and just wanted my money back at this point not even the sandwiches. I insisted on speaking to the manager and lied to me at first saying there isn’t one. Then in a sketchy way proceeded to head to the back and call whoever was the higher up. I promptly asked if I could speak to them and he said NO. So sketchy and shady hiding in the back and then afterwards telling us that he doesn’t want to talk to us. Couldn’t believe that I had to dispute a subway fast food order with my bank even the individual on the phone thought I was crazy and that the store had to resolve the issue on their own. Will not be coming back. Definitely go to another subway where they will treat you at least half decent and not like garbage where they literally throw your order in the garbage. Also he used really unprofessional language. I’m a customer you’re dealing with. IT’S A FAST FOOD CHAIN FOR GODS SAKE.

Worst subway location I have been to. I ordered online pickup well ahead of time. Went there and gave me bias excuse saying they are busy so wait. Then takes another 15 mins making ones at the store first. Shouldnt it be based on the order of receipt?

ICE COLD FOOD. Ordered a crispy chicken sub, December 10th. Employee proceeded to make my sandwich, she tried heating my sandwich in the oven multiple times for some reason I've never witnessed.Sandwich was finished, paid and went on my way.The Sandwich Chicken meat was ICE COLD, it was disgusting. It was supposed to be a Hot Chicken sandwich.Obviously there was something wrong with the Oven. Staff members didn't communicate this problem and still sold a Terrible Sandwich.Poor business practices, never visit again.Subway is the new Crapway.

Haf terrible experience at this location, my rice bowl was ice cold, testes awful ?, I ate some only because I was hungry, but vegetables are not fresh at all, yellow lettuce, old tasting chicken, and service could be better too, no smile, no pleasant warm welcome, just robotic moves...lower your prices then if it's such service and quality of the food!
