Good portion size, sushi was fresh, unfortunately their priority is not the customers in house, the servers did their best however they are kept so busy managing pick up orders and preparing skip the dishes orders for pick up, this is a management issue, maybe instead of having their servers do both they bring in a dedicated person just to manage on line orders and pick ups.
Sushi was ok, nothing special, just good enough for an average meal. The service on the other hand was horrible. Staff had their backs turned from customers the whole time. Getting their attention was a real annoyance. You literally had to ask for everything like menus which should have been provided. To order, we had to aggressively flag down a server or we would have been there the whole night. At that point, we almost left, but thought we would just try out the food. Not surprisingly, nobody checked in to see how we were doing after the order arrived. Disappointing experience and definitely not recommended.

I used to love to order food from this place. But in last couple times, I regret ordering from them every time. I have been ordering food from them since 2010, I was always ordering food from lougheed one before I moved to Coquitlam. This location just kept disappointing me everytime. Sushi is loose, missing items…I ordered a roll which is supposed to have jalapeño on it, but there is no jalapeño. And beef roll is just loose and can not be picked up. Spicy tuna sashimi only has four pieces of cucumber in it…just disappointed. I will make sure not order from them anymore.

Poor service, servers spent most of their time hiding behind the counter. Missed 2 orders, waited 15 mins before asking and being told they already served it, probably to another table. Other than that food was mostly good.
