Decided to try take out here as it’s one of the better rated places. Boy was I surprised, some of the freshest enjoyable sushi I’ve had. We had a party tray and hot night roll. The hot night was super delicious and filling with the yam in the middle. The party tray was super large and delicious. The highlight was the sockeye salmon nigiri. We will definitely come back for more soon.

We used to regularly order from Sushi Karis and have even gone in-person a handful of times. The owners are very kind and always sweet to us.
However, our most recent takeout order was shockingly disappointing. Their nigiri sushi tasted foul and the rice was stale. We’ve never had this negative experience before.
I’m not sure what happened, but Sushi Karis seems to have gone downhill in their quality and freshness of food.
We are definitely going to think twice now, before ordering from here again.

Excellent take out sushi!! I was super impressed with the quality of their party tray. I highly recommend the dynamite roll!! I appreciated that they took the time to finely cut their cucumber for the cucumber roll (vs big chunks), that the rice layer was thin, and that the dynamite roll had so many extra ingredients!! I am definitely ordering from here again!
