I've never had such a terrible experience at any restaurant. The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful, with a completely unprofessional and offensive attitude. This kind of behavior toward customers is unacceptable, and there is absolutely no regard for customer feedback or feelings. I will never come back, and I strongly recommend others to stay away from this place

I went to sushi koo for the first time in a long time as they were closed for a while. I entered the restaurant & the usual quick greeting was not there as the guy was packing a to go order. I wanted to place my order & then use the washroom. The guy didn't acknowledge me, so I decided to use the washroom first as I needed to go. When I came out of the washroom, the guy who was packing the order was physically blocking the entrance. when I said I wanted to place an order he seemed surprised as he was ready to get after me for using their washroom. He then started to play nice. I almost wanted to leave without ordering after this very uncomfortable encounter but it was my dinner plan. This place must have changed management when they were closed. Their food isn't that good & I will never return to this restaurant ever again after being a customer for many years. The food quality & portions have also gone downhill since the change.

I had an amazing experience at this sushi restaurant for lunch. The sashimi was exceptional, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was outstanding; my waitress treated me like I was in a five-star restaurant! I highly recommend this place for both the delicious food and the incredible service!

I just pick up for door dash at this location and they told me i was 17 minutes early and on my dasher app it says pick up at 8:03 pm which is the exact time i got there. The server was so rude and was mad that i was on time for the pick up. I asked if i can go to the washroom and she wAs so rude about it and said no.I got the order quickly i dont know why she’s so upset about be coming at the time doordash told me to be there. Dont recommend this place especially if the servers are rude.
