Ordered a chicken teriyaki bento on uber eats.. it came with the chicken but No teriyaki sauce lol what is this…
Okay editing and going to 1 star as I just found a long black hair in the rice
The Sushi Town in Coquitlam Center, I had a much enjoyable time with my precious friends group. It's no need to mention about food, cause the quality was the way over than the price. It's exceed our expectation. The interior was comfort modern style with enough space between the tables which gave us privacy chatting from the other tables. Also we were fully happy of the staffs proficient service .

After trying couple of famous sushi restaurants.. that’s my favorite!! Amazing and friendly service..super delicious food. The best in BC !!! Will definitely come back and will recommend it to everyone.
* Edit: after almost 3 years of being a loyal customer, it’s time to find another sushi place!!
This place used to be me and my family’s favourite and my one and only go to sushi place, but not anymore!!
The servers are very rude and gives you a bad look if you don’t pay good tips!!
After a few visits, it became their usual attitude from the way they speak, serve food or even when we ask for anything!!
Not again!!

Food portions are getting smaller and smaller. Ordered sashimi and is about 1/2 size of last year and slightly more expensive, Everybody understand that cost is going up but it is better to increase the price and share with your customer and not just cut the portion to half. After being customer for more than 15 years would not go here anymore.

The first time we went, I was impressed and willing to go again. But the second time was not as good. One of the special rolls took way too long to come. They compensated by giving me a miso.
I am not a fan of this time of ordering either. You order off a iPad on the wall. It’s difficult to navigate if you are put in a small booths with little room to manoeuvre to see the screen. This type of ordering is also very impersonal and doesn’t give wait staff a chance to make a good impression and get a good tip.
The food looks nice but the flavour is not there like in other sushi restaurants.

This sushi restaurant has more of a casual, quick-meal vibe — it’s the kind of place where you can grab a satisfying meal without spending too much time or money. The portions are quite generous and the prices are very affordable, making it a good choice for everyday dining or a quick lunch. The taste is fairly standard — nothing particularly creative or refined, but everything is fresh, clean, and consistent. It’s not the type of sushi that aims to impress with presentation or complexity, but rather the kind that focuses on being simple, filling, and reasonably priced. Overall, it’s a convenient and budget-friendly option when you just want straightforward sushi that’s good value for the price.

This was our first time ordering from Sushi Town. The sushi was good, no complaints about the flavour or texture, but seriously, who is cutting the rolls? We had some pieces really thin and others so thick, they were two bites.

The quality of the nigiri sushi and sashimi was good, the atmosphere is pretty typical, nothing exactly exciting. The service is the section where I believe they could seriously do some work, ordering my food through a digital screen at my table, only to have it dropped off and that was the extent of the service. And yet they still want 15 to 20+% for a tip? I don't leave a tip if the atmosphere is like a fast food restaurant.
