I’ve been to other branches before, and they were great, so I came to this one with friends, but it was very disappointing! I’ve never had tofu pudding that was this bad, with a spoiled smell. The staff had a terrible attitude, acting like it wasn’t their problem at all. I strongly recommend not going.

I went to this dessert shop with friends, and we had an awful experience. One of my friends ordered a passion fruit drink and, to our horror, found a dead bug at the bottom of the cup after noticing it tasted soapy. Another friend ordered the red bean with tofu pudding, and it tasted completely off—definitely not what we expected from a place that specializes in desserts. We brought up these issues with the server, but she outright ignored us. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I won't be coming back nor recommending anyone to visit this place.

It seems like the owners are changed. The food and services quality are not the same as before. My friends and I ordered tofu pudding (豆腐花) and a passion fruit tea, and the tofu pudding was rancid (酸餿味). The passion fruit tea came with an insect. The owners' facial expressions were annoyed, and that's not our problem at all!! I do NOT recommend anyone to come!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. It seems the business may have changed ownership recently, as the quality of service and food has significantly declined compared to previous visits. There was a bug in my friend’s drink, and the tofu pudding he ordered was stale/spoiled. When we brought these concerns to the attention of the server and the owner, we were met with rudeness and dismissive behavior rather than an apology or a professional response. Their attitude, including the glares directed at us, made it seem as though we were an inconvenience or trying to take advantage of the situation. The lack of basic customer service and attention to food quality and safety was alarming. I would strongly advise against visiting this location and suggest going to the Burnaby branch instead, where I've consistently had better experiences.

Terrible everything. Food quality. Ambiance. Parking. Pricing. Service. Stay away. Take it from all the 1-star reviews here. Go somewhere else.

Really sad about how much the quality of their desserts went down. The new family owners seem friendly, the place is still as it is, but unfortunately the food looks unappetizing and tastes even worse than it looks.

In all sincerity, the desserts didn’t taste bland nor boring, but they tasted downright disgusting. I took one bite, spat it out and did not eat the rest. Standing up, walking out and refusal to pay did cross my mind, I kid you not.

How unfortunate, this spot used to be a treat.

Probably one of the worst desserts I’ve ever had. This place appears to have been purchased by new owners in the last year and it is no longer serving the same quality desserts as before. It tastes like they crushed up some ice and mixed with frozen fruits, and served store bought tofu that went stale already and threw it in a bowl. Sad to say that Lougheed has a lost a good Asian dessert spot. I don’t recommend anyone come here.

WASTE OF MONEY. I ordered the same food many times from this place and their location near Metrotown as well. The recent two times from the North road location, the portions are significantly reduced. It’s almost only 1/2 of what I got at the Metrotown location. AND THAT IS $13!! TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT. You can barely see the vanilla frost No one answering the phone as well.

Very small portion, and the tofu pudding is hard and disgusting. I would not come here again.

Dishonest business, small portions and stale desserts. Ordered a mango dessert which was listed at $9 but the bill came out to $11. The owner pointed to a tiny sign by the cashier saying that there's a $2 extra charge for all mango items. They never mentioned anything when I ordered. She said because there is a small sign, it is legal and they can charge that extra fee. If you look at recent reviews, you can see a lot of people mentioning this issue. There were barely any mangoes in the dessert and there was freezer frost in the ice cream, a sign that it was sitting in stock for a while. Stay away.

Love this cute little dessert place. Their sesame soup with tofu was delicious! With very friendly staff, I hope they will get more customers. Their mango desserts were really good too!

Small portions, dishonest business and terrible quality. This place use to be good but has clearly changed owners and is now operating in a dishonest manner. Dessert was not fresh and the ice cream was clearly sitting in the freezer for a long time, it had the freezer burn taste. Also, the mango dessert is listed as $8.95 on the menu but the bill came out to $11. The owner never mentioned anything when ordering and it is also not on the menu. She pointed to a small sign with size 10 font in the corner by the cash register saying that all mango desserts come with a $2 premium. Dishonest business and a huge scam.
