We came on a Friday night for dinner. Like many people have said, parking is limited to the few spots at the front or else you would need to find parking on the back streets. The back street is residential area with no street lights so it can be scary to walk by yourself.
The food was very tasty and good portion. But I found the soup a bit heavy on MSG. Food came out really fast. The side dishes is unlimited refill.
The service was excellent and attentive. The server checked on us every 10 minutes or so. She knew it was our first time trying the hot plate so she helped us quite a bit. She explained how to eat the food quite well.
Parking: Difficult to find parking at the front. Free side street parking with 7-10 minutes walk.

Our family made a reservation for 7PM. We checked-in and were told our table wouldn’t be available as they didn’t reserve it for us. What’s the point of making the reservation then?

First of all, my dining experience was absolutely fantastic. Im a big fan of Korean food and have tried every single one and I have to say Tabom’s Dak Galbi and Japchae is one of my favorite of all.
The grill is creative in its way that it comes with egg, corn and cheese (extra). It’s a must-try and Im definitely willing to come again for its food and service. Not to mention that the atmosphere was relaxing and cozy, warm vibe with good service!

Great food. Serving was a bit slow. I have to follow up for our order. It would be nice to inform customer if it has been more than 20mins. The staff was great though.

Food quality is mediocre. Portions are relatively small compared to other Korean restaurants. We order octopus and rice in a hot pot and chef only put 4 very tiny pieces of octopus, which was very disappointing.
I lived in Korea for a year and this place doesn’t feel like a real Korean restaurant. Unlike other Korean restaurants they do not provide metal chopsticks and it’s a great indication. Koreans don’t eat at this restaurant. I’ve been in several Korean restaurants in B.C. and this one is way worse than other ones, so have something to compare with.

Worst korean restaurant we’ve been too. We went there around 4pm and I think they only have 1 server so it took her a long time to get our order (but it is not that busy). Anyway, after we order we’re expecting for some side dishes because every time we eat at a korean restaurant the servers automatically brings you side dishes after you make your order but sadly they don’t do that here and the free side dishes is not enough for two person (3 types and a very small portion, you can refill it max 3x). The corn is too dry, the egg and cheese is so small, there’s even no rice together with our order, everywhere we go there’s always rice that comes with this. The price is not worth it. Not coming back!
