We waited almost 10 minutes to be helped at the counter and ended up having to go through the drive through to get help even though the inside was still open. While we were waiting at the counter, a woman walked up and got immediate help and we were ignored. Our food took a bit to come out and they gave us our Baja Blasts warm with no ice. Food was solid 5/10. America is better.

Staff try, but the food is garbage and overpriced. Seating and setting are in massive disrepair. They hand out sauce like you are taking from the pockets of the owners directly.
This location should really just be a solo KFC and try to do that well instead of doing two things poorly.
I’ve tried to give this location a fair shake and I understand Taco Bell is not the most glamorous of fast food. It should be difficult to do it this badly yet somehow I’m let down.
So to start this negative review I would like to mention that I work in food service in a very busy establishment on UBC campus so I understand it can get stressful but... this place was terrible.
Firstly, when my husband and I walked in there was only 2 other customers and about 5 workers working, yet every single table besides 1 were filthy. I've worked at Subway before my current job for 7-8 years and we would never allow the lobby to look like this. It was disgusting. That's not even mentioning their soft drink station that was also a sticky mess.
Secondly, they don't give napkins or utensils without you asking? What? It's basic practice where I work to ALWAYS give cutlery and napkins for all orders. And when I had to go up to ask I was waiting a while even though there were workers who saw me and ignored me. One worker, who I assume is the supervisor due to her different shirt, was working on a tablet for nearly the entire time I was waiting and she looked over at me more than once and didn't even bother to ask if I needed anything. She even walked fully by me and ignored me. I had to ask the cashier when she was available, though she was also intending on ignoring me until I spoke up and asked for the items I needed.
There was also a woman waiting several minutes to order when my husband and I were waiting on our food. Why?
Food establishments need to understand that their two most important things are CUSTOMERS and CLEANLINESS. This location seems to put both these things (especially cleaniness) at the bottom of their priority lists.
Lastly, while the food was passable, they stack EVERYTHING haphazardly into a single bag regardless of what you get. So are they stingy with bags and napkins? Or? It's very strange.
Terrible terrible location that has had these same issues for several years, it seems, looking at old reviews. This just tells me that the owners do not care. They haven't changed anything in years, so I would recommend NOT coming here.

The food here is awful. They don't have the ingredients to make the actual food, so they just throw cheese on a tortilla and call it a day. I had to drive to Bellingham WA to get decent Taco Bell and it was totally worth it.

Ordered on doordash and took 40 minutes to fulfill order.
I like taco bell as a treat, and its the only one close but its not worth it.
