Pretty good but mid burrito I recommend the steak chalupa or just order KFC. The atmosphere was mild Like their sauce;) the service was good but a little slow.

This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s in all of Canada. I don’t know how many times that I’ve gone here and every time they keep giving me an old stale pita for my steak Chalupa. Every time every time I have to go back and exchange it. None of them are trained properly with how to handle food or food quality. They will literally give you whatever’s in front of them no matter what the quality is. Obviously, the manager doesn’t know what they’re doing because none of their workers are properly trained. It doesn’t matter what time of the day. It’s always the same. If I could have, I would’ve thrown the taco back in their face that’s how mad I am. I also got their new taco and it’s so bad

I don't know what is wrong with this place nobody stays at the job for more than a week or two. I mean nobody. New employee as soon as they learn the job would leave the place for another.The worst of them all. amoung KFC.I wonder how do they pass head office inspection???

This has to be the worst run Taco Bell/KFC location iv ever experienced. First off the restaurant itself and especially the bathrooms are filthy. The service is painfully slow and more often than not the orders are inaccurate.They are constantly out of staple items like rice for the burritos but seemingly don't care enough to make simple changes when ordering supplies. If you call them out messing up your order they are in no rush to make it correct. It seems that the parent company makes it incredibly difficult to log customer service complaints but they would do well to contact the management of this location as it reflects incredibly poorly upon the brand.

If there was an option for negative stars, I would have given that. We ordered veggie burrito and veggie crunch wrap. After a really long wait, I checked to find out I was served beef! All they had to say was “sorry I missed that”Horrible service. No one bothers to check the order and the service is really sloppy

Everything about this place is terrible. The restaurant itself is dirty and grimy. The trashcans were overflowing with garbage and there was leftover trash and food left on the tables. The service was slow and the staff got my order wrong at first. I clearly ordered a Chicken Chalupa but they gave me a Beef Taco. The Taco-Bell workers also have to make and serve KFC orders so it takes double the time. It was inconvenient to get straws and napkins as they are behind the counter and staff are often too busy to give them to you. Finally the food itself was bland and sickening. The Chicken Chalupa's chicken looked artificial. Overall it was a horrible experience. If you want tacos then go to an actual Mexican restaurant or Chipotle.

I mean, just look at the picture. It was 8pm at night and instead of preparing more beef for my 6 Tacos, they just spread out what little they did have prepared across all 6 Tacos. There was barely any beef on any of them, a $29 bill with Chalupa, CGC, DLT and 3 soft Tacos. Just so lazy.
