This morning at August 26th, around 8 to 9am, I visited Tim Hortons to pick up a DoorDash order. I waited about three minutes, and the order was already prepared. While I was waiting to confirm if the order was mine, one of the staff members suddenly shouted at me, telling me not to touch anything.
This was not the first unpleasant experience I have had with this particular employee. I have seen her act inappropriately towards other customers as well. On this occasion, she was extremely rude and aggressive toward me, to the point that two other staff members had to hold her back. I was standing outside the counter, and many other customers witnessed the incident.
When I asked her to calm down and reminded her that I was simply there for a delivery order, another staff member claimed to be the supervisor. Instead of apologizing for what had happened, he was also very rude and dismissive. When I requested their names and the contact information for the store manager, he refused and told me to “get lost.”
I found this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful, especially towards someone whose work depends on timely order pick-ups. Customers and delivery drivers should not be treated this way, and I kindly request that proper action be taken against these two employees so that other customers are not subjected to similar mistreatment in the future.

I feel so sorry for Tim Hortons because the employees don't follow the principles of etiquette, have a lot of incomprehensible accents, and the food quality is poor.

Okay. When did a smile or even making eye contact become a thing of the past. I'm continuously being served at this Tim Horton's by someone who is talking to someone beside them, handing me my order without looking, and not responding to my 'thank-you'. Nothing. Void. If this is what is considered acceptable interaction from management, I'd rather be served by a robot. At least then I won't drive away with a sinking feeling of what the world is coming to. Sad. Inconsiderate. Disappointing.

The drive-thru here is always super quick and my orders are always correct, which I really appreciate. Inside, the staff are friendly and hardworking, and overall service is good. The only small issues are that when it gets a bit busy, the tables don’t get cleaned as quickly, and sometimes we have to remind them for coffee sleeves. Otherwise, it’s a solid Tim Hortons and I like coming here.
