The manager of this Tim Hortons needs to give access to employees to reverse transactions that were entered incorrectly. Otherwise how are they supposed to fix a mistake. Just happened to me and the employee didn't have access to reverse the credit card transaction. That's not the employees fault. People make mistakes. That's the owner's fault.

We only went through the drive-thru but immediately we tried to order and it was a little frustrating just cuz they either didn't have what we were trying to order or the person just could not hear us through their intercom. The food was fairly good. Wasn't the best we've had but still pretty good. They seem to be very cheery and happy and they made the long wait shorter with a smile

Tasty food, fast service and great atmosphere!

Parking: You might have to walk a bit to the door , if it’s really busy the parking near the door of the restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s 2 parking lot beside the restaurant, a ramp an automatic entrance door.
