Employees, please make sure you are treating each other with respect
slowest tims in all of canada. even when it’s empty, staff makes a 2 min process and turns it into 10. usually always more than 5 or 6 staff and still takes 10 min for a single coffee no food, every. single. time.
Staff jokes and laughs and takes their time until a line piles up, sometimes even just leaving register unattended and doing who knows what.
Then the manager comes and does what they couldn’t do in 10 minutes almost instantly. (Assuming it’s the manager, considering they are the only ones with common sense)
If you’re on a time crunch, this is not the place to go. I don’t even order food here anymore otherwise 10 min turns into 20.

I would like to commend Jaspreet for the exceptional service I received during my visit to Tim Hortons. From the moment I approached the counter, she greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel truly welcomed. Despite a busy rush, she handled my order quickly and with great attention to detail, ensuring everything was exactly as I requested.

Was pretty disappointed with my and it seems this is a trend for this restaurant which makes me question the leadership of this Tim Horton. First I will say my order was taken pretty quick which was a good start as there wasn’t that many customers thinking the order will be fast and efficient . Oh boy was I wrong i actually waited almost 7 minutes for my order. My bagel was quickly done but my 2 drinks took forever. Now I will say the bagel was good hence why I gave it 2 stars but my drinks especially my iced vanilla latte was quite disappointing. I get an iced latte everyday and this one was one of the worst one especially when it comes to value . I paid over $5 for more than a half a cup of ice , with not enough milk and I paid extra surcharge since it was almond . I literally finished the drink in no time . What’s funny after 2 hours in the car there was still 1/4 cup of ice . Yes it’s an iced beverage but not a more than a half a cup of ice . There should be enough ice so it chill the drink with a good amount milk especially when you pay over $5 . Again this all come down to the franchise owner of getting this place to get more higher stars . But like me there seems to be a lot of issues. If the owner is going to respond don’t bother as it’s seems like a generic bot copy and paste to contact and go to the website to fill out something . If the owner cares they will send a personal response and actually address the issue .

Sorry but we have bad experience for this store it's was before good but when they change the staff now they have bad service.. always they don't have a dark roast coffee. And they are let me wait long time ... and some the staff are so rude and give you bad attitude ? ?

Employees should change gloves every time. They are touching their hair faces ,handling the cash register and they don't even change their gloves .

So today i went this location first time its bsy location but service is good though and girl name Raman the way she running the team member salute you girl she was telling each and evry team member to do this task as i did dine in i saw her hope will come back again

This is the first breakfast that I arrive in Vancouver and it was terrible. when I got in, they were moving the sideboard to catch the flies. I ordered a croissant and a coffee with milk, and told them I'm in rush for the bus. There were 2 people in front of me but it took me 10 mins to get a such simple coffee. I mentioned twice to the clerk who ordered for me, she said ok then ignored it and chatting with another clerk. So finally I watched my bus away and thank you for leaving me another 30 mins waiting time to write this comment.

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life I don't understand why you take someone's order.Don't tell them you're out of what they ordered.Make them wait there for fifteen twenty minutes.Wondering where their food is?And when they ask about their food, they're like, oh, we don't have any What a joke what a joke
