Terrible customer service!! Old and slow ! Ordered black large coffee on mobile app went 12 min later to pick up and still had to wait 5 min. This was at 5:30am imagine at a busy time. Also staff are not friendly at all!

When I came in today, the place was quiet, which made for a relaxed atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was just what you'd expect for the price—nothing over the top, but satisfying. Drinks were prepared quickly and with great quality. While the space could use a bit of renovation, as it feels somewhat outdated, the overall service was excellent.
I visited this Tim Hortons location recently and was quite disappointed with the customer service. There were two Punjabi girls working at the counter who clearly seemed inexperienced in handling customer interactions. They appeared confused and unprofessional, and their attitude was not welcoming at all. Good customer service is key to any business, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to improve the overall experience for customers.

I like your food and services. Timhorton's crew team, Simi has given me a great hospitality. She's nice and kind person. When I forgot my wallet there, she kept my wallet with all my ID Cards.
