WORSE TIM’s Ever. Ordered 5 items. Supreme stack - disgusting. Way too much sauce. Noodle soup - served cold. Coffee 1 sugar and 1 milk = served coffee 1 milk 2 sugar. Tea 2 sugar 2 milk = served tea BLACK. Only thing that was right was the chicken sandwich. Plus waited for 15mins for this crap. More training required at this place.

What a shame that they decided to close their restaurant (dine-in) after 10 pm!! There used to be many people, including me, who visited here regularly during the night-time hours to study or work. Not to mention the number of construction crews working on our new Pattullo bridge, paramedics, police, who hung out here during their lunch break. It used to be full of youngsters coming for a coffee after having a nightout in downtown. There was already almost no place to hang out or a study spot in the area open 24x7, and with this gone, there's nothing left. Tims quality is already beyond repair, let's face it, but i only came here just because of it was open 24x7 and now, thanks to the new management, who thought this was a good idea, locals now have no spot to hang out in the night. To whoever the new managers are, DO BETTER!!

Stopped by after work and was informed there was no soup, chilli, sandwiches, veggies for any bowls, or savoury pastries. This is common for this location. Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese as that was the only option. I would have been completely fine with it but the bagel itself was inedible. The person working wasn’t rude, but didn’t really say anything besides yes, and no (not even hello).

Staff here have been nice to me for years. Seems this location has trouble with bagels and cream cheese according to other reviews but this location also makes the best brookies. Choose your battles.

I order just small coffee and egg sandwich but they made me wait for 25 minutes…and when i asked the staff about my order, then they started making it..the sandwich and coffee they served wasn’t even hot, i had to throw it in trash…staff was very much egoistic…never going back there…so much disappointed…

You guys are wrong here as you mentioned everything about that girl manpreet but you didn’t mention your behaviour as you guys were shouting on that lady and honking continuously.
When she tried to talk with you men you started making videos without her permission.

I ordered coffee from Drive thru girl named Manpreet told me to wait first i waited 7-8 minutes to place an order from drive thru then i came to window nobody responded on window for 7-8 minutes we asked how much time it’s gonna take and that girl was so rude told us i am making it it’s machine its gonna take time and she shut the window on our face said i am not serving you. She didn’t even say sorry. She should not be working in customer service she should learn how to behave first. If i could i have given minus star i will give that to her because her service and behaviour was pathetic she does not know how to behave for a coffee i had to wait 20 minutes approx and then i faced this harassment . She should not be working here.
