This is getting ridiculous! They no longer provide sleeves for hot beverages. Instead, they hand you napkins or expect you to pay $3 for an extra cup. No thanks! I’ll just deal with burned fingers on my own. Completely unacceptable.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. They take so long to take your order, you have to repeat yourself over and over again for them to understand, they are bad with communication about what they have available, and they will sometimes skip your car in the drive-thru and not take your order. The lack of care and customer service at this location is appalling.

First of all, the employees are disrespectful and uncaring. They get the orders wrong. As a customer, I made a request and they told me they didn't have the order I wanted, but it was a lie because they didn't want to give me the order.

Hands down to the best Tim Hortons in Coquitlam! Top-Notch customer service. Today, the owner himself was serving guests, greeting everyone with genuine respect and a big smile. Clean and tidy washrooms as well.

Came by this Tim Hortons yesterday around lunchtime and was really impressed. The place was super clean, and the staff were all friendly and upbeat.

My order came out fast, everything was fresh, and the overall vibe just felt welcoming. It’s nice to see a location that actually takes pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place is ALWAYS dirty inside and out every time I come here now :(. Floors sticky, tables dirty and garbage overflowing… I don’t write too many reviews but it has become a bad habit for this place yuck

This is probably the worst Tim Hortons ever. The drive through takes so long, they are constantly out of donuts and I paid extra for mayo on a sandwich and didn’t get mayo on my sandwich. I won’t be back.

This location has slowly started to take a turn in the wrong direction in the last couple of years. Service is REALLY atrocious. Employees don’t even look at you when you drive to the window. There is one order taker for 2 drive thru lanes at the busiest rush time on a Monday morning. It seems as though they smirk and look really disappointed when you show your phone for points, and oh boy you dare pay with cash?? Get out of here, it’s almost as you’ve committed a heinous crime against humanity. I’m not sure why I keep coming here, because every time I do I regret it so much. Hopefully the management can get an understanding of the reviews and can improve the staff and quality of the food working here, because Tim Hortons is slowly starting to die off. Go to McDonald’s for better tasting coffee at cheaper price and you’ll actually be greeted by employees who don’t want to end their lives at that very moment.
