The hours listed are wrong. They kick everyone out at 10 PM despite the website showing the restaurant is open 24 hours (The Google listing does separate between drive-through and dining room so there’s no reason for this to be wrong and saying The drive-through is open 24 hours still does not excuse the listing being wrong.) I’ve edited this listing twice and the restaurant keeps changing it back. also, the service is very, very slow. You walk up to the counter and wait a solid 3 to 5 minutes before someone even acknowledges you.

The Google listing says the dining room is open 24 hours, however it closes at 10pm. The drive through is open. There arent a lot of places working moms can work late, and we spend a fair amount of money here on an hourly basis and I would love to work later than 10pm.

The drive through service is horrific. One of the slowest I had ever been through. It’s not the first time but every single time. There are two drive through lane but it seem like only one employee working so it alternate which cause delays.

This place is horrible. I ordered a double double coffee and received a tea instead. This has happened many times before as well but I decided to let go. This is the closest coffee shop near my work place but after today, I am never going back here. I should have made this decision long time ago but decided to keep giving them a chance.

I’ll spare too many details but it was either the ice cap from ol’ timmies or the chicken strips from the Wendy’s there that gave yours truly a couple of midnight spins around the old porcelain bowl.

Literally the worst drive thru location out of any fast food. Takes 15 minutes to get one coffee with one person in front of you. The last two times ive had to leave after waiting 20 minutes with literally one or two people infront of me because I had to get to work and did not have time to wait. They give the wrong order, charge you for it, make you wait 10 minutes trying to figure out their system. How am I sitting for 10 minutes waiting for someone to respond with one person in front of me at 6am..

I had a wonderful experience at the Tim Hortons located at 1450 United Blvd, Coquitlam. The service was quick, professional, and very friendly. Kamal, who handled my order at the drive-thru window, did an excellent job. The order was prepared perfectly and given right on time.

Kamal’s polite attitude and efficiency made the whole experience very pleasant. It’s always great to see staff members who truly care about providing great customer service.

Highly recommend this location for their fast service and friendly staff. Keep up the great work!

I always have to ask for napkins, this time they didn’t put the butter in with my chilly and bun order. It seems you always have to check your order at the drive through! Are they doing this on purpose to save $?
