They take forever in their drive through even when they are not busy. We literally sat there for 20min without anyone answering at 5:30pm on a Saturday. One guy got out of his car and ran in to ask what’s going on because they were all standing at the till doing nothing.
Update: went back to this location on Dec 30 at 11:30 and got a steep tea which was STONE COLD! I don’t know what’s required in the training but you guys are a coffee chain. You should be serving your hot drinks hot!

It is frustrating when the cashier repeats your order but they still mess up. I asked for no egg and they gave me eggs with no cheese. I hate to fault service because everyone was very nice, but they messed up a very simple order, no egg.

As I visit rarely to Tim Hortons and I am unaware about their menu so the staff was very friendly and suggesting me the vegetarian options to order and new options which one they have on Christmas time. Overall, I liked the food and friendly service of the staff.
