Every time I go there to pick up an order, they keep me waiting for 5–10 minutes. The last time, none of the staff even bothered to ask what order I was waiting for, even though there were no other customers at the counter. After 10 minutes, I ended up canceling the order. Delivery drivers are clearly the lowest priority for this store, and the way they treat us is very disrespectful.

Tried the habanero chicken loaded bowl here and the ratios of everything are way off. As seen in the photo attached, my bowl was swimming in the salad dressing sauce such that each bite was very greasy and creamy with the dressing overpowering the whole meal. The online menu shows the sauce just as a drizzle and I’ve had the same item from other Tim Hortons locations which look nothing like this. It was barely edible and basically you are eating sauce. Maybe they should have an online option to choose no, light, medium, or heavy sauce/dressing options to prevent this.

I orderd a bagel and a white hot chocolate and had to wait for 15 minutes. the bagel had no cream cheese on it and they gave me just a hot chocolate with no white chocolate . They clearly did not care! never going here again

it was my first time I ordered there, I order steep tea triple triple I don't know what they make. When I said them wrong order . when they make my order again, they even not change the cup. The same name of coffee was written on the cup. That was really confusion for me and was my bad experience with them. They were just busy just talking and don't have any attention, but people are ordering.

Unfortunately, this Tim Hortons at Coquitlam Centre has the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Every single day, it takes more than 30 minutes just to get one coffee — even when it’s not that busy. The staff move incredibly slowly, and it feels more like a full-service restaurant than a coffee shop. Since our workplace is nearby, we come here often, but this issue happens every single time. Very disappointing.
