Food is as expected, not bad, not amazing. Staff are nice enough, but I just ordered a plain coffee and I waited about 15 minutes. The place is full of people just waiting.
Boston cream doughnut purchased Aug 11 2025 - almost no cream inside. These doughnuts used to be good. Crazy busy at 4 pm.

I’ve been consistently coming to this location as I work in the mall. The baked goods in the window look old 70% of the time, and half of their donuts and timbits are dry and unglazed. The service has been consistently getting slower and less organized in the last couple months, and there is a 10+ minute wait to get a simple order of timbits and an ice cap. Not to mention, they don’t even fill their drinks to fill the cup anymore.
