The Coquitlam Centre location has got to be THE WORST location of all. I would give zero stars if I could. Your job is to read a screen and make the orders and not single person there is even remotely capable. You can clearly see what a person has ordered by looking at the screen and every single time you guys screw it up. EVERY TIME!!! I ordered a combo with a bottle of water and donut. I get my wrap (absolutely drowning in ranch by the way….it was disgusting)…..but no donut……no water. I have to ask several times for them. I’m given a donut. Still no water. Ask again and I’m given a Tim hortons cup full of tap water……when I ordered a bottle of water. Which it shows on the god damn order!! If you can’t read go work somewhere that it’s not part of your job. Every single person there should be fired for their incompetence. Never going back there.

I love the experience at this Tim Hortons. They started taking names for orders, which makes the experience feel so much more friendly. Some of the employees even go the extra mile to remember regular customer's names and their usual orders. It's such a warm and welcoming feeling when they greet you personally or already know what you had like, especially the one who mostly took my orders always has a very friendly smile and has too much patience while dealing with customers. The service is quick and efficient. and the staff are always friendly and kind. Great coffee, and amazing customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons inside Coquitlam Centre. I ordered a sausage farmer’s wrap, but I noticed that the worker, with visibly dirty hands, was trying to cut a sausage in half instead of using three full sausages as the wrap normally comes with. I overheard her colleague mentioning they were out of sausages, but instead of informing me or offering an alternative, she just went ahead with this unacceptable shortcut.
When I tried to address the issue and talk to her about it, she refused to engage with me, which added to my frustration. This level of service and lack of hygiene is simply unacceptable. I’m very disappointed and hope this location improves both its food preparation standards and customer service.

The place is always so crowded I can’t even get through some of the people to leave. I’ve had multiple times of them screwing up my order with hot sandwiches. The service is quite slow I’ve waited 20mins one time just for a bagel with cream cheese . I work in the mall and it’s one of the worst Tim hortons I’ve been to

The staff here are excellent. Gina is a standout and is bery pleasant every day.

The staff never know what they are doing here. I watched a staff member touch cleaning products wipe a counter then touch my food without washing hands or changing gloves.

So slow. Waiting in line with 3 people ahead - painful. The lady took 5 mins to place an order for $20.96. Unfortunately seems to be a trend also issue at Lougheed. I guess the management don’t care about their 2 decades loyal core customer who comes to get a quick coffee now they have scale. Once a better alternative comes along would try

Got smallest wrap ever for $8 and waited 15mins even after placing online order.
I was hungry so I purchased a ham and cheddar sandwich. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!
The bread is fake and the meat was old.
I remember now why I prefer to not eat at Tim Hortons. All their food just tastes fake.
All the donuts and sandwiches taste horrible.
Spent $10 and change and a sandwich, coffee and croissant.
No I will not waste my hard earned money at Tim Hortons anymore.
Based on the reviews, Tim Hortons does not care and the quality of their food, nor make any improvements for better.

They gave me the wrong coffee. I ordered Moca and the cofffee was anything but that. I informed them. Bhawan person hrlping me made me wait over 15mins without explaination and forgot about me. I couldn't wait the entire day and left. She had a bad attitute. What has happened to Tim Horton's costumer service. So sad to see it going down the drain.

I’ve been a regular customer, but this was my last visit. No place has ever ruined my morning like this one! Despite being a loyal customer, they treated me poorly. I haven’t had sugar in 15 years, yet they put two sugars in my coffee. When I asked for a replacement, the cashier claimed that I ordered it that way, which is impossible. They barely understood me and responded rudely. When I said I’d leave a review, they replied, “Write whatever you want, we don’t care.”
As I ate my food without the coffee, I noticed the staff handling pastries with the same bare hands they used to take cash—no gloves, no hygiene. I’m done with this place!

Super slow service and they got my order wrong. I ordered French Vanilla coffee with 1/3 black coffee + 2 shots of expresso and paid $6, only to discover that my coffee had only black coffee and expresso as I drove away. SAD and will never come back again.

Really glacial slow service at this location.
Order a hashbrown and breakfast sandwich with a small coffee.
Takes about 5 mins to get the sandwich and the hashbrown. And coffee is nowhere to be seen. Asked about it. It's coming
3 mins go by and 5 orders later. Asked again. Lady says "what is your order number" (you didn't give me any receipt...) okay what did you order (I ordered a sandwich with hashbrown and small coffee) what size is your coffee (small!!???) """"" no reply from her """"" so how long will it be for the coffee (I have no idea I have so many orders for coffee) ....... ????? this location is so incompetent it's bordering madness to pay for food here. You will get zero confirmation of when you can expect your food. They have no idea what you ordered. Even when you tell them they have no idea where you are in their queue and even if they did they don't have any answer for you on when you will get your order
Make the matter worse. Find out they gave me a double fried ICE COLD hashbrown. That's right. They re fried it. Probably cuz it was so old. And then the thing is still cold. Disgusting!!
Crunchy like miss vicki chips and even microwaving it didn't help except to make it hot. But either way. Not acceptable.
I do NOT recommend this location. I've been to many tims. And this location has got to be the most disorganized and slow to push out orders
One lady I witnessed her telling them it's been 10 mins she's been waiting for her "donut". And then they asked her what donut. And she points to the display. And then they still grabbed her the wrong donut. Like. It's a donut!! How can anyone be made to wait 10 mins for a ready to go just grab a tong and pop the donut into a paper bag and hand it to her.
Didn't see anyone resembling supervisor in performance so I'm assuming they are either on lunch or none of these guys have anyone controlling their service.

- gloves not changed between prepping vegetarian and non vegetarian food
🤔 perhaps it’s time to go file a Fraser health complaint to get compliance to come do an inspection.
