I'm always at the mall, so I frequently stop by this location—and every time, it's a great experience! It's definitely a busy spot, but the service is consistently excellent. Zainab and Varsha are absolutely sweet; I love seeing them whenever I visit. They always brighten my day!

This used to be one of the best Tim Hortons branches, with good and clean food, but unfortunately it has declined a bit recently.
I hope that with better staff training and proper management, it can return to its former quality.
