It's so sad , titi resurant has been closed.
We miss you TITI , no home made food can replace you . So sad to see after 5 years knowing the place , you are closed now
I ordered ghormeh sabzi and received the wrong order, they sent me gheimeh stew instead, I’m very disappointed with this service and will not be ordering again in the future
I was about to order this online and then I saw they add 15% tip automatically. I understand you can remove it but the fact it’s automatic is ridiculous for pickup. Won’t support greedy businesses.
i'm an amateur photographer who took pictures of this restaurant for fun in the summer. it's been in the back of my head ever since, and today i finally decided to order and write a review!
Rice was amazing, some of the best i've ever had. the chicken was so tender, and even more flavourful. the spices and flavours are unlike anything i've had in western cooking before but it was SO FRESH & TASTY!!! It is such a breath of fresh air to try something authentic and different from the same old boring restaurants in Coquitlam. My portions were huge too!!! Long story short - We Love TiTi and will definitely be coming back!! Thank you for a tasty & nutritious meal 😁
My order said beef, but it did not taste like beef at all. The onions were very strong, and the bread was noticeably old. The waitress was polite, but when I asked if that was beef, she said it was partly beef. Maybe I got the wrong order, but overall, it was not a good experience.

We ordered in this evening via Uber Eats and our order was inadvertently delivered with an item missing. Both the Uber Eats driver as well as the Titi owner/manager went above and beyond their call of duty to rectify the situation. The owner/manager drove all the way to my place to hand me the missing food in person! ❤️ I’ll definitely be back again and again. Thanks for the great service.
