I just checked Google Maps to find this traditional bakery and pastry store, and I'm so happy we did. When you walk in, it brings you that cozy, warm bakery feeling—it doesn't look like that from the outside! Please walk in and take a look for yourself. That was me and my husband's first impression.
We bought a few cakes and a few pieces of cookies for tasting. Here are our cake comments:
Napoleon - Must eat item (No. 1)! It was still crispy and the cream was still cold, even after we got home 2 hours later. You won't say no to it. We will definitely go back for it. Chocolate cake is moist and quite balanced. (I would be happy if the owner added chocolate chips inside, but I totally understand not many people want too many layers. Just... for the chocolate fans, we will want that chocolate-in-mouth feeling!) Swiss roll (Coffee). A good option for a refreshing morning. A delightful item to have with your coffee. Not gonna lie, the long chocolate puff surprised me. It's not oily and is creamy inside. My second choice here. Cookies: We got 4 pieces—2 in special flavors & 2 are the butter flavor. For the 2 special flavors, I will recommend the spice-blended one, and the coffee biscuit is good too. The 2 butter flavors are regular. I can’t give any negative comments because the spice one really surprised me. Anyway, this is a bakery store you should go to, and not just once. I will definitely recommend it, and when you try it, you will know why the Google reviews are this high.

Really nice family owned local bakery! The decor is wonderful and has a cozy homey vibe and the service was great. Most importantly, the pastries were delicious and very well priced. Would recommend the blueberry cheesecake and cream puffs.

My husband discovered that little jewel of bakery and brought me a Napoleon pastry one day. The Best in the neighborhood! We went today and I was so impressed with all the baking. Being French I am quite picky with my treats and desserts. I recommend this bakery. The owner is very nice and kind. I love buying local products made with love and pride.
