I love triple O’s but this is the worst location I’ve ever been too. The last two times I have eaten here the entire order has been wrong and the fries we received were uncooked and ice cold. The order was repeated to us at the window and it still somehow ended up wrong.

Every time I order from you, there are items missing. Every single time. Either you have incompetent workers or the delivery drivers are stealing. Could be both. But you’re the worst triple o’s around.

They close washrooms everyday but i saw the staffs are using it and they said it is out of order for all washrooms. Non sense I guess they do not want customer use it and clean.

Ordered an original cheeseburger and got a dry burger with no cheese. Don’t waste your money, go to White Spot.

The place is clean and not crowded, the service is reasonably quick, and the food tastes delicious. Comparing with other chains in the same price, I find TripleO’s a 5 star. This branch has been serving fresh ingredients even the time I stopped by 10 minutes before closing. Crispy Chicken Club & Smokehouse Supreme are my favourites! 🍔
