It's been a while since we last ate at Triple O's and I've forgotten how we liked their burgers. Not too salty, moist, lots of veggies, yum! Also, this place was not busy so we got to enjoy our burgers in peace. 😃

FOOD INSPECTOR NEEDS TO COME HERE. THEY DONT WASH THEIR MILKSHAKE BLENDER AFTER EACH ORDER AND MIX DIFFERENT FLAVORS. ALSO THEY PREFILL KETCHUP INTO MINI SAUCE CUPS AND I SAW 3 THAT WERE LEFT ON A TRAY WITH EATEN FOOD ON THE RETURN COUNTER AND THEY PUT THOSE THREE CUPS BACK WHERE PEOPLE CAN TAKE THEM AS NEW. the attitude the server gave me was terrible with no apologies. This was last Sunday at 1pm ish and there was 2 gentlemen upfront one who was called over saying he was the manager and he just looked like he didn't understand and said nothing. The reason for this post is the young lady who attempted to make my milkshake could've sent someone to the hospital with an allergic reaction. There was two girls working then but the one who was making the milkshake was the one taking orders too. They need to staff more people so they don't.

My first visit to your drive thru concept, having been a white spot customer for over 50 years. We ordered Two burgers, French Fries, & Onion Rings to go. The Burgers were made correctly, & tasted great. The Onion Rings were nicely breaded, large & thick & hot, much better than your competitors. However I was really disappointed with the Fries. They barely filled the box, , were all short end pieces, as if they were from the bottom of the bin, & cold as a result. We were used to much better quality at your dine in restaurants. Maybe it was just a one off

It took roughly 40 minutes to receive my order, and the whole experience was unbelievable. There were many people waiting to get their orders. The fries were cold and soggy, and I had to go back to the counter multiple times to get the items that were missed in my order. I will not be visiting this location again...

I love triple O’s but this is the worst location I’ve ever been too. The last two times I have eaten here the entire order has been wrong and the fries we received were uncooked and ice cold. The order was repeated to us at the window and it still somehow ended up wrong.

Every time I order from you, there are items missing. Every single time. Either you have incompetent workers or the delivery drivers are stealing. Could be both. But you’re the worst triple o’s around.

They close washrooms everyday but i saw the staffs are using it and they said it is out of order for all washrooms. Non sense I guess they do not want customer use it and clean.
