I’m very satisfy ,the owner and all pers Noel’s are polite.

I have a new born baby and whenever I want to relax and have a good taste coffee this is my place. The warm welcoming staff with great coffee make everyone ‘s day.

I always start my day with your coffee and the chicken-pesto sandwich, and it truly makes my day wonderful. Thank you for greeting me with respect and a smile, you really brighten my mornings.

The service -again -was terrible. The cashier OM was rude, let us waiting a lot while stocking, and had not patience informing about ingredients. Some people are not fit to customer service.

A top choice for me this location and the overall atmosphere of a coffee shop including taste,quality, freshness. And the staff are friendly.

Second chance and last chance.

First visit…..guy was rude, made the wrong drink, over charged for it, didn’t warm muffin and wanted to charge for butter.

Charges same to more than Starbucks. He doesn’t seem to see that good will is built into the overly high pricing.

Today, my $4.00 coffee x 2 was only 85% full. I feel jipped!! And won’t return. And no napkins with the muffin.

The only thing (not) good is that he has a good austerity program.

Terrible at this location!!!! I was just there and asked for a regular coffee with a splash of steamed oat milk, the guy charged me $2 more, I said I just want a splash as if it is cream. The guy argued and said no this is what we do. The coffee was weak, it tasted like a cup of milk, plus learn to speak English!!!! Terrible location, will never visit again!!!!! Waste of $4.65!

So terrible. I order a caramel waves frapp and it tasted so bitter and was so dark. I asked the guy that made it why it was so bitter and dark. He’s made it for me before and it never tasted like that. He right away told me he would give me a refund and was so rude. Instead of just remaking it properly. He is the owner and is very rude. Never smiles and just walks away from you when you’re trying to talk to him. I have gone to other waves and all the waves employees are so nice. Don’t ever go to this one ever.

This was my first and last experience with Wave Coffee. I asked for a coffee, and the owner himself served it — but it was cold and tasted like it had been brewed hours earlier. That says a lot about how little care is given to the quality here. Honestly, it was one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had.

Awful service. Drink is very watery no customer service whatsoever.

Such a lovely spot in the mall! The coffee is always great, but it’s the friendly, caring staff that make it special. They remember faces, greet you warmly, and make grabbing a coffee feel personal every time. And the almond croissants are amazing!

Such friendly and warm staff, and the dark chocolate mocha was delicious.
