Such a lovely spot in the mall! The coffee is always great, but it’s the friendly, caring staff that make it special. They remember faces, greet you warmly, and make grabbing a coffee feel personal every time. And the almond croissants are amazing!

Staff is very rude and always with an angry tone. They gave me a wrong mix of drink.

Went on Wednesday for Wave Wednesday but you have to ASK it's nothing automatic to upgrade your drink, dont even have that program or promotion if you dont offer to anyone without asking or tell your customers to ASK before you place your order

Trash service, do not waste your money here.
Ordered a sweetened iced matcha latte. Order came up faster than the time it took to order. The drink had no matcha flavour or sweetness. After asking for a remake, they simply added more matcha powder. This addition wasn’t effective and only made the drink a slightly green glass of milk.
I think they tried their best, but maybe the mixing of the matcha could use more attention or the powder itself is at fault.
Thank you for your kindness and great management. You were truly amazing—especially since we spoke the same language, it made everything feel even better. Wishing you all the success in the world! This turned into such a sweet and funny memory for me..🔮🎆☺️🤌🏻
