This is the best Wendy's in the lower mainland. The staff is always friendly, the food is always fresh and hot and they never screw up your order. The only thing that could use a bit of improvement is the store cleanliness.

Just a very dirty Wendy's. Food all over the floor and only a few clean tables to sit at. The person cleaning the floor was dumping garbage juice all over the floor and mixing it with water right at the register and front door. It was very slippery and they would still ask you to come to the till. The cashier disappeared and the person cleaning the floor was the one that had to help me and make my frostys. He went straight from cleaning to making the food without washing his hands and no gloves. I could tell he was trying to get someone from the back to serve us but came out looking defeated. I won't be returning to this location

Ordered a frosty and it's full of sharp jagged plastic pieces ....I have no idea how this could possibly happen ....cut the inside of my mouth but thankfully I never swallowed any pieces

What a joke. I don't expect anything fancy, ordering fast food. But I do expect: my sprite to not be contaminated with vague brown drink, my rootbeer to not taste like fountains haven't been cleaned, my bacon deluxe to have lettuce and pickles and not be drowning in sauce, my baconators to not look like whatever that is, and my chicken wraps to be crispy with fresh lettuce and not chewy with brown lettuce. I also expect not to find hair in more than one item, and yet here we are. The quality has taken a nose dive from decent to dogwater, and they will not be getting any orders from me going forward.

Ordered a poutine and a frostycinno, the poutine was barely warm and the frostycinno tasted like an iced coffee (but I don’t think that’s their fault, it wasnt advertised as what I thought it would be) the workers (females) aren’t wearing hair nets and spend a lot of time talking rather than helping the customers. It’s a gross kitchen and seating area, ie garbage and food at empty tables. there was a young man whose name I didn’t catch but he was very nice and honestly seemed to be the only one actually doing his job.
Drive thru is always a gong show- double check your order no matter when you go thru. Inside is crammed. Bathroom subpar on cleanliness. Rushed so quality of food and service is meh at most.
