I have not been to Wendy's for about 10 years. I liked self ordering. Although one terminal fail at connecting with a payment gateway, so I had to start my order again at another machine. I didn't get any number or didn't have to provide my name, so I don't know how ordering conflicts are resolved as many people could order the same thing. I cook low sodium dishes at home, so Wendy's tasted very salty to me. Tasty but very salty.

The only thing I wanted was a frosty with my meal and the delivery man forgot that. I called they said he took it can’t do anything about it.

Skip the dishes returned the cost of the meal amount for the frosty which is less then a frosty. So I can’t even re-order it without charging more. As well as they don’t refund the tip for the driver. Which means you are tipping before service so I can’t order it again without it costing double what I paid for.

Staff slow, always gets something wrong on every order we've made, and theres been times they close up to an hr early when they're supposed to be open until 12am, and lock the doors say only drive through us open while they're all still inside.

They rush at the drive-through way too much. Instead of assuming I'm done ordering after every meal, all you have to do is ask.

I ordered a burger that was supposed to come with bacon and onions, but both were missing. When I brought it up, instead of remaking the burger properly, they just handed me the missing ingredients on the side. That’s not the same thing, and it completely ruined the meal. For a place that’s supposed to pride itself on consistency, this felt careless and lazy. If I’m paying full price, I expect to actually get the food I ordered — made right the first time.

Went through drive thru and ordered a jr cheeseburger, checked contents of the bag- all items were there. Got home and my burger had no patty. The place wasn't even busy!

Couple months ago we showed up after a long flight. Complicated order for four people in the drive thru. Pulled from the order machine thing to the pickup window and they had the whole thing ready, order was perfect not one mistake. And food was fresh. Great job

Priya is the worst manager i have seen in my whole life every time she gets my order wrong and never accepts her mistake. Instead, she acts like the customer is wrong.
