Sorry white spot you need to up your game if you choose to charge those prices. $107.00 including tip for two adults and two children 6 and under? Waaaayyy too much for the quality of what we received. White Spot used to be a go to favourite for many people. Two pirate packs, burger, Cobb salad and two milk shakes. I would not have minded if the food was the level of restaurants around this location. A&W serves better burgers and the Cobb salad was inedible so I left it. Burger had soggy mushrooms and thus the bun was soggy, pirate pack with spaghetti apparently the spaghetti sauce was on the spicy side for the child. Cobb salad arrived with plain mayonnaise used as a dressing rendering the lettuce soggy with that shiny look of mayo that had been sitting too long. As well all the ingredients corn, bits of chopped ham, a few wonton like croutons, cheese had all been mixed into the soggy lettuce. Very poor presentation for a cobb salad. Ingredients should be placed on top allow the customer to mix their own salad dressing into the salad along with fresh ingredients on top. This is how a Cobb salad is served. What I received was tasteless and soggy. Blueberry shakes were good though.
I took the same group to a pasta restaurant two nights later had delicious pasta meals and an Appy of truffle fries, garlic toast all for $70.00 including tip. Atmosphere was pleasant, they were very busy food was delicious.
White needs new chefs/cooks in the kitchen.

Nice staff. The usual white spot
The White spot in Coquitlam is a great place to eat with ur kids or family however I don’t think the bill is worth the food. the service is great there friendly and always polite.the food is good lots of options on the menu I do think though that the kids portions need to be a little bigger .For ur birthday they either give the birthday person a free meal or a free ice cream with candles so come to white spot on ur birthday

We had a burger served to us which was far undercooked. We asked for a manager and a shorter lady with glasses was brought out. Because of her customer service we will never be coming back. Not only are her customer handling skills a joke, we found her to be quite condescending and rude. 0/10 customer service.
Admittedly I have not dined in-restaurant at the Sunwood Square location for a few years, but you folks outdid yourselves for Pirate Pak day today (August 13/25.) I ordered three Pirate Paks online with some specific instructions, and they were followed to the letter. When I went to pick the food up, the takeout area was absolutely swamped (yay for Zajac Ranch) but everyone was smiling and working hard. And the burgers were worth the wait. Thank you again for all you do on Pirate Pak Day, and hope you all get some rest!

Walked down feom westwood plateau today. We like to occasionally do this.
I ordered my usual clubhouse. For sure the worst yet. Barely any sauce. Very dry.
They obviously use a small ice cream scooper for the salad. And.only one scoop. What a disgrace. However. Good that only one.small scoop. As absolutely no flavor to the once famous coleslaw.
She ordered the $22 monte mushroom. And.stated that hardly any mushrooms on the burger. Therefore. Not the same flavor as usual.
The beer I ordered came from a tap that obviously was poured in a hurry. As for a 20oz beer ( during happy hr). Was maybe a 14oz.
We should've sent the meals back. But we always don't complain.
I've been going to white spot since the Granville st original location. I grew up going the the marine drive and.knight st location. Been going to white spot for over 50 years.
I.met my wife at a white spot in 1994.
I think that white spot will not.survive . As the food quality. And service levels ( especially the consistency of good food. Has fallen steeply.
I'm not.even sure that I'll go back.
The meal was not even woth half the asking price today.
Very dissapointed.. we were going.tovisit Mr. Mike's
And for.sure next time. We will.
Well. A change in the review. The assistant manager reached out and offered a gift card. Which was a very nice gift. Pam was very apologetic. And offered us another chance to visit the restaurant. Which we will be happy to do so.
Thank you Pam.

My mother grew up in the west and this is her childhood restaurant. White Spot never disappoints. Everything was excellent. From the burger, the famous Triple O Sauce, the sweet potato fries, and the milkshake. Thank you Olivia for your great service, we really appreciated it.

We often go to white spot with the kids, however we decided to go to White Spot for our anniversary brunch because I was craving sadly the hasbrowns and left quite disappointed. I ordered Nat's breakfast and asked for well done shredded hashbrowns and my husband ordered a burger with yam fries. We also saw the special with the blueberry pie but decided to order our preferred burger instead of the legendary burger and pay the price of adding the pie on the side of the entree. We also ordered a one peice of haddock fish on the side. We ended up getting over done yam fries and not well done hashbrowns. They gave new yam fries to my husband and also had my hashbrowns re done but I was nearly finished my meal before I got my hashbrowns back. I also received my easy over eggs over medium to hard eggs versus over easy but I decided not to ask for new ones as I was hungry and just wanted to eat at that point. The server was kind in taking care of the mistake during the meal, however when we got the bill they had charged us for ordering the full size fish and fries ( versus the one peice of fish) and the blueberry dessert (as if we didn't order an entree). When the manager was called in to address this, I was surprised in the way he talked to us. He said that you can't order the fish this way. We told him how we asked previous times and as a result had previously ordered in this way almost 10times with no issues in being charged different from adding one peice of fish to our entree. He said he would charge us as so this time but the way he said it to us was rude and definitely was not focused on creating happy customers. My thought are if a customer orders a peice of fish and we can't do that without ordering the entire entree, why would they not tell the customer that was the case because if they did, we would have not ordered a peice of fish for full entree price. We also showed him on the menu that it says $6 when you add to an entree and he gruntingly walked away saying that it's confusing. It was really poor customer service especially from a manager level. Truly disappointed with how we were made to feel for being overcharged. I have ordered the fish separately like this in multiple other white spots with no issues. At the end of the day, if a customer orders another entree and adds on something, the restaurant is still getting more money from the customer versus if we didn't add the fish?? The last straw was seeing our server talking about us and pointing us out to another coworker..... And when she saw me looking in that direction looked away right away. Just left a bag taste in the mouth.

Normally a positive experience but the last one was poor. While they fixed the messed up order, it was the ending that left a sour taste in our mouth. They overcharged us significantly and then weren't terribly accountable. The manager's delivery was terrible. Made us feel like we were the villains when we were clarifying the bill. We were charged full price on the blueberry pie when it clearly states that if adding on an entree that the price is of the pie is reduced from $7 to $6. We also added a side of fish but was charged for the whole entree price. When we clarified that we only received a singular side on a small plate, the manager didn't care. He made us feel like he was doing us a a favor in making it an exception for us (we've ordered this before and it was never an issue). Nevermid the fact that we were charged for a full entree and only received a single side of fish. The manger then left saying it was confusing without actually acknowledging that we were in fact overcharged. I'm still not sure why it was confusing since it was clearly listed on the menu. The server's treatment was fine up until this happened. It seemed he was gossiping with the other server about us when we were leaving (our server pointed at our table and the other server looked our way). All and all a very unexpected poor dining experience. Definitely affects our future dining decisions.
