My second time ordering. First time was good, so thought I will order something else the second time. I ordered Jasmine milk tea with pearls. I did find my drink to be too white for a milk tea but thought it’s the taste that matters. Took my first sip and OMG, it is so bland that it’s like drinking milk diluted in lots of ice. No taste of tea at all, no sweetness except for the bubble. I tried to take a few more sip hoping to get the jasmine but nothing. Even let my son tasted it and got the same reaction. Read other reviews and looked like I am not the first one to experience this.

They have no idea how to run a bubble tea and dessert cafe here. I came here with a friend and we ordered one Oreo bubble waffle and 2 coffees. Their coffee machine was broken and it took them over 5min to fix it - it was out of beans, and water.
As for the bubble waffle, it took over 30min for us to get it. This was so bizarre, as the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Another group came in 15min after us and also ordered an Oreo bubble waffle and they got theirs before us. Customer service is terrible here. They didn’t even apologize for the coffee machine being broken or the bubble waffle taking too long. The bubble waffle itself was also way too thick and heavy. I had only half of it, and felt very lethargic and sick afterwards when I went I train jiu jitsu.
The washroom is dirty and the toilet is held together with duct tape. Not sure why they don’t fix it properly. Guess they are just that cheap.
I would never come back here. You’re better off going to any other bubble tea cafe.

Desserts are good, service is slow - person taking our order and payment, nice enough.
The woman making our desserts wouldn’t allow me to have 2 Oreos for my 2 and 3 year old who were sharing a dessert (only got chocolate chips and an Oreo for toppings), but she said they can have the other toppings (not safe for their age). Then she offered my husband as many Oreos as he’d like when he was choosing his toppings immediately after we chose for our kids. She said “how many would you like?”
They served the table next to us, but called us over to grab our desserts.
Strange customer service… unsure what the logic behind this is…

The customers in front of us walked out with nothing muttering the word "pathetic." I agree with them. No Yogurt at a Yogurt shop. Very quiet inside. No music, and the place has an odd smell. I'd check it out on the chance they get some Yogurt because I doubt this place will still be open by summer

We ordered two drinks, and it took more than 30 minutes despite there being only one group ahead of us. It seemed like they were using either powder or syrup for all drinks. Unfortunately, there was nothing made with real fruit or real flavors. I would not recommend this place, at least not for drinks.

My son and I had 2 bubble tea slushes today, 1 mango, 1 passion fruit. They were very good and not too sweet.

Service is slow but the staff was nice and apologized and gave a time estimate as to when we would receive our ordered items. We bought the jasmine and earl grey milk tea as well as a bubble waffle. It took 20 minutes to order and get our items. There is a small area with a few tables and chairs for seating. The interior gets a lot of sunlight through its windows. Seems like the cafe was doing a grand opening again and there was a promotion of BOGO 50% off. The pearls in the milk tea were not great, not chewy and a bit hard. The milk teas were too sweet. Egg waffles were good but on the harder side.
Plenty of parking space and this cafe is right next to a school so hopefully it can improve its flavours and speediness of service over time.

No frozen yogurt sold in store today. So we bought two boba drinks. Not recommended at all. Bobas are too hard and milk tea too plain. Even the boba tea can drink sold in Asian shops are much better than these. Not recommended.

It’s a beautiful little place with not much space to sit but it’s really nice but the one thing that was bugging me was that we had to wait like 15 minutes due to only two person staff and also when our drinks were ready some guys that came afterwards almost got our drinks.
